flowering how long

I have some clones i took from outside plants at the end of the year my plan was to veg indoors untill summer but now they are a bit big so i was going to flower and was wondering how long should i expect that to take i have them under t5 ho now but was going to 400 hps to flower also using gh nutes. pic attached

will most likely take 8 to 10 weeks
