Mine or the one I posted from the GrowFAQ ?

the one on page 269

It can be made anysize... to fit as many plants as you want...

How big are the trays that fit 48?
And are they made the same as the one on page 269?

MY ebb/flow trays fit 48 of those little pots...

Packed in tight at 4plants per square foot, you could so single cola lollipops...

What was this in reply to? was it to the: 15 outdoor plants and could i yield a few pounds?

But you can most certainly do bushes... you just will not be able to pack as many...

I prefer lots of little plants cause they are short and get most of the light without shading.. and it's all cola...

true..

this is one of MY trays... ;-)

Plants like these in my op will usually yield about 1/2 to 3/4oz

Sativa...

Indica..

I can't sorry...

you cant what?

More than you can get...

can get of what?

HEAT will be the issue LONG before light becomes a problem..

I meant there are street lights behind my house but i have a privacy fence as i said in a previous comment and would they effect my plants during the dark cycle?

I have buds that TOUCH the glass on my hood... that's 6" from a 600HPS...

there is a glass panel on your hood?

FUCK THAT!!!:-?

I knew there was a reason why I left Florida...

Freaking Summerland....

NO WAY!!!

I LOVE my Winters...

Gimme -50F ANY DAY over your hot stuffy... arrgh... so hot..

I remember it... I was there for a looong time...

I like the cold just fine... -30F air does wonders for cooling your lights...;-)

Midnight Sun... it'll set in another few weeks...:blsmoke:

this might not work, the multi quote thing isnt working. i clicked on it and it didnt do anything, maybe i just dont know how to use it. lol:peace:

My trays that fit 48 pots are roughly 3x3...

the example on page 269 can fit 6.. it's small.. but they are made the same way... ebb flow...

You lost me bro... I am just saying that if you do single cola lollipops, you could fit a bunch of them packed tight

I can't guess anything about your outdoor grow

Light.. you asked me " and how much light does it take to have a negative effect on the plants during flowering? "

and I answered more than you can get...

Oh you wanna know during the dark....

I see... you lost me there for a bit bro... sorry...

I am not sure.. but I have a snaeky suspicion that it will have a negative effect...

I have found that indoors, light leaks that hit one part of the plant but not others, tend to cause hermies...

If the plants is night mode.. producing the "flowering hormone"... and all of the sudden one part of the plantstart doing photosythesis (daylight stuff).. she might freak out and try to make seeds... to survive...

There sure is...

My lights are connected to ducting and fans...

I run outside air through the sealed hoods and exhaust the hot "light" air outside the op...

Aircooling your lights is an effective way of dealing with heat...

You don't...

this was the most difficult post to understand and reply to ever...

You need to practice...

In the future, you can highlight each sentence/question and hit the "WRAP QUOTE" button above...

This will make individual quotes that you can space out and reply to...

no biggie... but I may have missed something or mis-understood you..

that was REALLY confusing...

but yeah... a little dish tub ain;t gonna hold 48x 5.5" pots... it holds 6 like the picture showed...

But they are built the same exact way.. kust with a bigger tray and res..

Ebb Flow is simple.. regardless of size...

Cheers mate...

Hey Gypsy, wasnt on for a couple hours, got stoned(still am). Thanks so much. I know it was confusing.(sorry)lol. Yeah I dont have much experience with the multiquotes, i dnt think you missed anything. Thanks again for the help, I appreciate it. And i was not sure what you meant by lollipops, i do now (the plants will be pure or almost pure cola right?)

right on bro...

oh and I think you mis-understood the multi quote thing...

That is so you can quote me and other people at once...

you click multi on several users and when you hit reply, you will have quotes from all the users you selected...

all the breaking down is done manually... pita, but it helps out a lot..

Good Morning Florida...and elsewheres. I've been searching for an inline fan. Does anyone know exactly what it means when a fan is 'balanced', like the vortex fans? I've looked at many at this point and I notice very few fans say balanced? Does a balanced fan work better with a fan speed controler?

Anyway I found a six inch vortex for a hundred fifty bucks...here's the link to anyone interested on very good vortex fan prices.

Any time you have a rotating type of device, being balanced means that the components of the device actually weight the same on opposite sides...

On a centrifugal fan it means the blade assembly and all rotating parts are matched by weight...

What this means to YOU is that the bearings on the motor will be working without extra side loads, therefore lasting much longer...

rotating parts that are out of balance tend to wobble and cause premature bearing failure...

Oh and the price on that fan sounds really good...

MAKE SURE you are getting the high output fan... you can always tone it down with the speed controller...

New here, up in Pensacola, I am in the veg stage but I think it is started to pre-flower, the leaves on the top of the plant are tight and wrapped around the stem. but the time of sunrise and sunset are over 12 hours for up here. I have some INDICAS and SATIVAS, but this is only my second time growing outdoors, the first time I had two plants looked to be Sativas, bag seed and damn good yeild for just two. This time I ordered seeds also have bag seed, the one I ordered the ten auto flowering ones that I wanted not one of them grew, but they threw in 20 extra seeds, don't know what kind, but they look like a Indica and some mix. So I have no idea when or how long they will flower. Any tips for a girl on her own growing.
My 20 so plants are just about 5 feet tall, and now are branching out where the bud sites will be.
