First Time

Well, just got my first, hopefully last, upm. On the eve of 4/20 too. I was actually wondering if anyone knew what happens when you get this type of charge. I was in the state of NY and got caught with 9-10 grams. It is my first run in with the law.

it's supposed to be a legal violation, no jail, just a fine
but LEO is tricky, sometimes they will ask you to show your weed, in which case it becomes a misdemeanor(for publicly displaying evil)
hopefully, that wasn't the case here
