You should be more careful with what you are doing.
Hopefully your pictures are misleading as there are many critical elements missing from your operation. CFL techniques are well documented here.
-2700k is red. You need both sides, blue for veg, red for bloom (the general idea)
-Box, tent, some sort of containment? You shouldn't have this in the corner of your room....
-Reflective Material? CFL's don't have the best penetration so it's necessary to reflect.
-Intake/exhaust? What you got there doesn't count and will reek if they mature...
-Bulb quantity? One will not cut it, try eight.
-Bulb-plant distance? Gonna guess and say you're stretching?
-PH? Keep it on lock down.
A grow op should be taken seriously. It's not complicated, but there are many things you need to make ready before turning your seed on.
