these plants are officially kicking it into high gear, and I can't be happier with how they are coming to. Nearly all of the bud sites I left possible have filled up. The final day of clipping on the 3rd day of pre-flowering. It is the 7th day of pre-flower (to last 10 days) and flowering time will be at least 60 days.

Pink hairs on my buds!
I have no idea how they got there, or why. The only reason that makes any sense so far is genetics, but this is odd because this plant is a re-harvest, and I have never even seen a pink hair on weed, let alone grew weed with any pink hairs on it. The last harvest was small and did not produce any quality similar.

What are your thoughts about these?

This is the end of day 2 of flowering. All bud sites have developed on all 3 plants, which is promising. I like everything to average out normally. Clover, the plant on the far left, has taken up 2' by 1' of the screen, Rhubarb, the center plant, fills up 1' by 1' of the screen. The plant on the far right takes up 6" by 6". The pink bud is getting bigger, and the other buds on that plant are showing the same trait.

My friend told me to water until it came through the bottom of the pot. I had never done this, as I had always been able to use up to 3/4 of a liter with no drainage, but it looks like 1 1/4 liters will do it. All of the plants look more alive after doing this.

Post comments, criticism, envy the pink, keep blazing! bongsmilie

Day 13 of flowering and the buds are getting bigger and bigger. The amount of crystals is increasing dramatically as well as the size. I wish I had a camera to share it with all of you! In the mean time, what are good flowering additives/nutes, and what is a good NPK ratio for flowering?

:-PBig update!:clap::leaf:
The plants are looking great, except for some nute burn I can't seem to shake. They have increased in density and height by a noticeable amount since yesterday.

It's all the bag seed. There really is no knowing what I am growing. I know that the seedling is a "top #40 sativa" strain. The two in the right black pot are re-vegging. Pre-flower is defined to me as 10 days.
Thanks for the sub! I've seen your gigantic plants, can longer veg time= bigger yield?
Also, I agree! I have never grown plants that have looked this good.

Pretty much more of everything = more yield. Everyone has their theories about how to maximize your yield. I look at it like this, if your happy why change anything. I can sit here and say you need a bigger light and etc but all that matters is you being happy with what you got! You seem very excited about this grow so I am thrilled to see you finish out your DANK!!!

Seeing as there may be a little confusion, I'd like to post an explanation of what a SCroG is and does for future viewers.
A SCroG is a screen of green, I use one, it's the pvc weaved up with yarn, a lot of LST is required to keep the leaves and shoots under and above the screen. It is a grow style/technique individual from LST. LST is not necessary for a SCroG but I strongly recommend it. The point of the SCroG is to keep an even canopy for optimum light distribution and penetration. It also allows direct access to most main colas very easily.

I find much truth and wisdom in your response. Next time I will increase the entire grow period by 1 months, with +2 weeks to veg time and +2 weeks to flower time. Perhaps even +1 month to veg.

Thank you everyone for your subscriptions and your support! I feel like multiple observers will be necessary to ensure the scientific validity of any research I conduct over the course of this grow. :D
