Hey BK, you never answered this question.
No I don't....but we have a water Oasis where I can get reverse osmosis'd water for 25 cents a gallon......I have a bunch of 1 and 3 gallon jugs full of water and I plan on using that throught.....all I am doing is PH'ing. Should I test the water I am bottling

It seems my problem may be the exact opposite of mosts. Because of all the book reading, post reading and online faqs, the idea of overwatering or overfeeding became my biggest concern. As a result, I've been starving them. If they did get any nutes, it was barely anything but tutorials for soil don't work for coco. The medium has no nutes so seedlings probably need a little help earlier than in coco than soil.

At any rate, I just gave my plants a nice healthy dosage of nutes around 3 hours ago and I can already see the edges of the leaves getting darker....so we will see how it goes.

Once you are able to tell the difference between over-watered leaf curl and over-fertilized leaf curl, you will really be able to push the girls hard.

bk, it's scary how similar our grows are going. I burned em bad, then was so worried about burn, they became deprived of everything. I'm now on 7mL/gal and waiting to see what happens...

Man....Cal Mag plus is the shiznit.....I think I am just going to stick with the botanicare products. I'll probably invest in some liquid Karma this week.

This has been one helluva slow vegging period but I think I am finally getting somewhere.

I now have 2 plants in soil and 3 in coco.

One of my plants (in soil) is looking great. I just topped him.

The other ones were doing bad for a while but since I've been giving them some cal mag with the PBP, everyone is getting green again.

I would post pics but I need to get a real camera

Good to hear things are under control.

I became very discouraged by the progress my plants were making....I lost most of the color in them and none of the ones in coco looked like they were going to make it.

So I started reading about nutes and spendind time trying to find out everything I could about how to detect what is wrong with plants.....I also finally got my authorization to post on icmag.com. There was a lot of info over there on coco as well as a very complete guide for sick plants (they also have some sweetgod growers over there).

But mostly it was because I wanted to get my hands around the problem....So I think I am going to stick to a scheedule of every other day feeding my plants (in coco) and right now I am giving them 1.5 tsp/gal of pbp and 1tsp/gal of cal mag

I've never used LK. I try to stick to NPK only. I'd rather spend money perfecting my environment. I do use Cal-Mag, and honestly, I'm now wondering if blackstrap molasses would be a better alternative for flowering (no nitrogen to speak of). This unsulphured has 15% calcium, 10% magnesium, 20% iron, and 500 mg potassium per tablespoon. I'll have to do a little research and see how it stacks up.

I plan on going up to 3tsps/gal of the PBP in another week or so....my plants have been through so much.....so as long as they are responding well right now, no rreason to rock the boat. :-|

I am starting to get ambitious:mrgreen:

been thinking about getting another tent for a flowering chamber....that way I can veg different plants at different times....

but that probably doesn't make sense for personal consumption....I probably need to just focus on getting great yields out of the ones I grow.
