first time grow hows it look?

and here she is today 18 days into flowering im pretty positive its a female but someone to back me up here would be appreciated. you can see how much it has filled in since i tied it down.

yeah i have notice its like that too but im not sure what is causing it would it maybe be overwatering?? i did just give it a good flush and soaking the other day so that could be it

man my plant loves all the new light its perked up alot. ya think 10,000 lumens is good for one plant?

yes its fine i think.

they sell like 105w cfls at home bepot for like $50 that would be good for the top of the plant and then the 50w and the others for the side of the plant you would most likely get a pretty good yeild

yeah i was at lowes today and they had a 100w hps security light but it was like 150 bucks and i mean i could prolly get like a 250w grow light for around that much right?? and i know its hard to say but could anyone give me a ruff estimate of what my yeild might be considering plant size and lumens?? im thinkin it should be alot considering i have about 8 nice top cola's formin right now with another 5 or 6 right below them. but i dont know much so school me up fella's

yeah thats what i was sayin lol its pointless to get sumthin like that. i think that an hps would be impractical for my grow space anyway. considering its small size and low ceiling i just dont have the space in there. thats why i like the cfl's cuz my plant is already maybe 10 inches from the ceiling. i also went out last night and got me some yeast and sugar and made up a couple easy co2 2 liters. lets say i shake them up twice a day during the light cycle and let it sit with the fan off for an hour each time. would this provide enough of a co2 boost to achieve significant results?

Well if your turning off the intake/outtake fans at least Keep the inside fan on, this'll keep the Co2 off the ground.

Personally i'd keep all the fans on.

ok i dont have an intake or outtake fan i just have the 8 inch oscilating fan inside. there is about a 1 inch gap from the plastic to the floor around the bottom to let some fresh air in and i open it up atleast 2 or 3 times a day and let it breathe. but what i read was that co2 is lighter than air so it would rise up into the leaves and stuff. so why would the co2 be on the ground. but what some other opinions should i keep my fan on for circulation or just let the co2 soak???

Keep the fan on.

What you said about co2, it's actually heavier.. this means it will land on the floor and just stick around there, the fan will help keep it in the air.

ive read ever page of the grow faq atleast 5 times by now lol. but im just lookin for some answer's that i cant find there. like with the easy co2 bottles how often should i shake them? and im still curious if anyone could give me a ruff estimate of what my yield might bring based on plant size and lights? thanks again arrid u have been a big help and not to make it seem like ur opinion doesnt matter but i would like to hear a little from everyone but so far your the only one lol. oh yeah my flowers they look good for 18 days old?

ok so my baby is doin wonderfull except for the fact she is gittin too tall for my space so i am having to do a little more training. i was wondering how much does training ur plant stress it and is it a bad idea to do so while its in flower?? my lights come in in about a half hour and il get some new pics up till then any comments would be greatly appreciated. go back through the thread and try to answer some of my questions i have lol im a nooooob
