first time, cfl, weird plant growth, small plant for 12/12

i started about 3 weeks ago the plant is a unknown strain ( to me ) it got trimmed at 2 weeks old and now the middle is doing some odd thing, leaves are misshaped and the leaves are very off.( pic's ) i started with 1 cfl, 26 watt made it through veg stage upgraded to 3 cfl's 2 X (26w) 1 X (45w) above the plant, it seems to be growing fast now i started flowering a couple days ago, we'll see what happens its more of an experiment now then anything, just to see whats going to happen in about 60 days i dont care how much im going to recive from it and right now i dont even know if its a male or female so we'll see ^^ , pics from day 1 till now. it now has 9 nodes, growing nice.

Well i couldn't really give you much of an idea, from my experience, i had a flat mate grow in a small chest of drawers, from memory it didn't turn out to well, in order to have a successful smoke (which is all im gathering your opting for, you would atleast need 100w of hps or mh light (i don't have much knowledge of other globes etc) i do know that people grow with them for a reason, that saying, save up $150 for a real 600w ballast and globe 1.5m x1.5m space per plant, head height globe 600-900ml from the plants tip at all times, i would also suggest you trimmed to early, i could be wrong, other than that humidity,bugs, light times could all play a role in the deformation of a plants normal growing habits.

update on this plant, the middle growth seems to be normal now, ive added a cfl on the side to let the lower part get bushier, seems to be working very well, ive added a bigger fan and exhaust ( pics ) seems to be getting huge and bushy fast now, its on a 12/12 cycle the bottom of the pot is filled with rocks, i then put a container on the bottom to keep water, i filled it up about 4/3 way up the rocks, you can clearly see the roots in them, i added a air pump from a fish tank so the roots will recive oxeygen, comment, please.

hey that curling of the leaves is due to a light cycle interuption. did it cut on or off when it wasnt suppose 2?

possibly a light leak, would any light leak mess up the flowering cycle? its prolly a tiny leak.

Yes it will def. Mess with things, can give you a herm. With seedss, decrease thc production, decrease yields majorly, and extend the flowering time by 2-3 weeks. Tape that shit up bro,lol

Trimmed again, this time i trimmed off all the f***ed up leaves, hopefuly this wont hurt it.

ive completely covered every light leak, the plant just took off after i trimmed the fu***d up leaves. its bushy as hell. comments please

this plant has a worm in the soil, earth worms, and im using only fish emulsion, 1/2 strength. its currently on 12/12. 4 cfls.

im adding some nO2 for a boost possibly show signs of flowering, its been on 12/12 for a week and a half. i dont know whats going to happen, im just really hoping its a female.. pics below

Plant got put into shock, i had to trim a couple things off, not that much tho. plant seems to be comming out of shock now.. sides are growing out more looking good except the fact that it still has no signs of its sex.

after a few days of shock the plant is comming back nicley, added a little bit of MG to the water,1/5 str. lights- 12/12, temp- 87F, humidity- 37%. Constant fan on plants and exhaust Co2 is added daily with a co2 tank. watering once a day or every other day. thanks for looking, comments accepted!

yes, it is a female

white hairs spotted on the topped part today, i put weights on both of the bigger branches so they will allow light to the center growth.

Congratulations

The the length of time it took to show sex was probably due to the leaf clipping shock. I always leave any screwed up leaf on the plant. The shoot will grow x10 faster with that messed up leaf than without it

less the whole leaf is dead

Anyways Congratulations, I cant wait to see what this thing ends up like, if you leave it like that its gonna look like one of those Hanukkah candle things of bud

Great look, Im so surprised at how much it jumped in like 2 weeks. I wish mine would grow faster! but im just using fish piss for fertz. cant wait to see the endd!!
