First Soil Grow, In My Closet

I don't need to feed this one, I made the mistake of putting bone and blood meal into the soil. The only thing I ever add is superthrive to try and help with the stress of over fertilization. When I water I usually flush tog et rid of the excess nutrient salts in the soil. It seems to have helped quite a bit. The problem comes back after a few days so I just flush her again.

Thanks, I plan to start flowering in about 3 weeks once she has had some time to gain a little bit of height and girth.

Well day 37 pics are here! she's growing very nicely. She got about an inch and a half of height since I topped her.

Lol, thanks dude. Just to let all of you know, I started taking a few clones. So far one of them has rooted, and I'm waiting on the other two. I really hope they all survive.

kie, how often are you watering? what are your temps like?
I water generally every 2 days, or when my moisture meter gets to 2 out of 10. I know I have heat stress. My temps vary from around 85-95. I can't add another ac unit on this floor or I'll start having to pay the electric bill difference.

What about Co2. With a proper set-up your plants will thrive under these temp's.

Can't you use more water and water less frequently? I usually water about once a week when veg is in full swing... maybe every 10 days before that. Once a week during flower too. If they drink more I just increase the feed by an extra litre per plant.

I do use CO2, with a tank and the yeast/water method, I actually added ten pounds of dry ice the other day too. They havent perked up. I generally flood the entire pot each time I water. I usually add about 2 gallons of water, and the pot size is one gallon. It's bone dry by the second day.

Shiiiiiit. that's a lot of water. Maybe you should consider growing outside with temp's like that to contend with.

Outside isn't much better. I only use that much water because of the goddamn blood meal constantly overnuting my plant. It has become a problem, but as the plant gets older it is seeming to be able to handle the nitrogen better.

Here's day 41 pics. the plant is now 11 inches tall and growing surprisingly fast, about an inch or two a day.

Is she in flower? I've noticed a little stretching of the nodes. The fact that they are not alternating means either the plant is flowering, ready to flower, or the lights are too far away.

No, she's not in flower, and the plant is 3 feet away from her top. The upper nodes are alternating a little bit, but I do see them stretching a lot too. I am thinking of lowering the lights a little bit.
