For my plants...
while the lights are on: temps go from 85 - high 90s

When they go to bed: I bring them into the bedroom with me (which is where I have my grow tent) and I usually have the AC on in my bedroom...so the tent will get a little of that chill and it stays around 80 or so.

Too much heat will fuck up your plants for sure and def send them into shock for sure so don't be afraid to lower the heat a little (which might mean putting them in a room with AC). Send me a link to your plants so I can check them out.

u wanna keep tuem between 75 to 85 while lights are on while lights are off u can have i go down to 65 anything above or lower ur gonna start seeing problems past 85 d mj plants are not able to do somethung i dont know what it is i forgot i just know to try and keep it under 85 look it up will help u alot if u keep temps regular

MR is a newb, but that is accurate from my exp.
Keep below 90, and if you CAN give a 10 degree or more drop between lights on an off, they will appreciate it.
To sprout, I have gone as high as 88-90, but once sprouted, I never go above 85 unless outdoor temps will not permit.

will do. Just moved them into a room with an AC and just checked the temp and it's steady at 82 with lights on.
For lights off...temp will prob dip down to 75 or so.

That sounds good. I had heat issues a grow and it effects everything, plant growth, bud size and density as well as potency.

ITS BEEN 7 DAYS TIME TO POST

Okay it's July 26th when I took these. And I started flower on June 8th. So that puts us at:

7th week of FLOWER.

Buds are really starting to get fat. Also added even more lights
Since I had nutrition burn on the tips of the leaves I went ahead and only used water for the last week or so. Still debating on whether to have a minimal amount of nutes in my next watering...or just to strictly keep it H20 for a while. I'll keep you posted.

Thank you So as a token of my appreciation for following my noob thread (and because I love you dirty fucks so much) I’m posting this shit at 4am cause I know I won’t have time tomorrow to do it. So here it is you insatiable bastards

It was August 3rd when I took these. And I started flower on June 8th. So that puts us at:

8th week of FLOWER.

UPDATE: Buds are getting mega fat. I have *not* added any nutes since the nute burn about 3 weeks ago and buds are growing just fine. I might just not add any further nutes for the rest of the grow…since she seems to be doing fine with the nutes she getting from the soil (Fox Farm). I welcome anyone’s thoughts on this

In the meantime enjoy my pics. Put a few extra close ups for you guys.

Damn your girl is pretty. She's got almost purple-ish colored hairs!!! Fucking sweet. That's gonna be a dope nugget at Harvest time.

As for the loupe I use. I just got that shit at Amazon. I hold it up to my iphone when I'm taking pics and Ka-Blamo!!! Shit is money son!!!! (Plus it only cost me less than $2...can't beat that with a stick).

She's really starting to get big. Can't wait till harvest but… just want to take it one week at a time one day at a time, you know I'm saying?

thanks for the kind words. My goal is that hopefully someone just starting out as a grower can see exactly what I did from start to finish...with all my fuck ups and breakthroughs so they have the chance to grow their own medicine.

PS - as for the growth spurt after week 5, I can only attribute it to when I took a temp reading of her old home and the temps were going as high as 100 degrees. So I immediately moved the grow tent in the bedroom (which has an Air conditioner) and since then she's really exploded in her growth. So note to new growers: TEMPERATURE IS IMPORTANT!!

Right now it's 75 degrees in my bedroom and the plant loves it. The oscillating fan also helps keep the temperature down. Just an FYI for fellow new growers out there

Can anyone help...is there a way to stretch out veg stage with light hrs reduced to build up bud areas then trigger flowering,does it work with scrog,is 16hrs ok? Cheerz-like da pix,hope my 1st is that meaty!

I'm not sure on the answer to that, but I'm sure someone on here will definitely be able to answer for you. As far as I know, it's always been a light cycle of 18 hours – 24 hours of bright white for vegetative. And 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness with soft white/bright white mixed in for flower. I'm sure there's many roads that lead to Rome… But at the same time it's still a plant and It has specific requirements for it to grow and vegetative… And for it to blossom and flower. In my opinion I would recommend staying within those foul poles and not trying to reinvent the wheel. Of course that's just my opinion but I'm a newbie... What the hell do I know

UPDATE: Some of the leaves have started turning yellow. I've read that this is normal as you approach harvest. As for nutes...because of the nute burn before...I've kept it strictly ph balanced water for the last 3 weeks. but during this last feeding I added 1/10 strength for nutes. I might do one more week with the 1/10 strength and then pull back to only water since I'm going to be getting really close to harvest (which I'm guessing is going to be around September).

As always I welcome any thoughts or suggestions (especially about the yellowing leaves). Just taking it one week at a time....one day at a time. Surprisingly, I can't tell you how calming it is to grow your own weed. Yeah it's a little stressful at first because you're a noob and you don't have a clue but, once you get in the grove of it...you really do develop a six-sense for caring for your plant.

Free nugget of weed to whoever can guess what the exact harvest date will be
