First grow so help would be appreciated.

Because MG raises the ph level in the soil. But I use it. I have never had a problem with it.

Well that explains a lot. Umm well here are some updated pictures. These are from the 15th of october.

The last picture I need your help with. I know this is where you tell the sex at but not sure if it has shown sex yet.

Ya it looks like new growth. Looks to early to sex it. On the MG make sure you have a PH tester and some gardening lime on hand. You can find it really cheap at lowes or home depot. MG has the slow release nutes. So when you water it may raise the PH. The gardening lime will lower the PH. Thats what I do anyway.

I figured that they were too early to tell yet but I thought I was seeing signs of being a female. It's been at least 2 weeks. I don't have any vegging nutes yet.

The MG I have is continuous release.

yea man its way to early to tell they're sex rite now u'll b able to tell the sex only wen u put it into flowering 12/12 cycle u got some time still. i'm also doing my very first grow and im using MG soil also and they have been in flowering 12/12 for about 2 weeks and above now it took about a week to tell all the sex for the plants.. i ended up with 2 females only but i really hope they bring me a nice big amount of yield still. check out the link in my signature .. good luck with ur grow happy growing!~:leaf:~

I finally got some nutrients for my baby. Cutting edge solutions sent me out a sample package of their line-up.
They sent me some Plant Amp, Bloom, Micro, Grow, Mag-Amped, and some Uncle John's Brand. They are all in 1 liter bottles. Included in the package was a key chain, a tote bag and a feeding chart. YAY can't wait to use em.

I don't think you can see the bag fully in the first picture but it's a nice green bag. :bigjoint:

Ok here are some pictures of my baby before I start to add some nutes to her. I am using some Cutting Edge Solutions Micro 6-0-0 and Cutting Edge Solutions Grow 2-1-6. Is this gonna be alright for my baby. This is my first time using nutes so Help is Greatly Appreciated.

Everything was going good until I started to use the Nutes I got. Now the leaves are turning yellow and some are browning. I transplanted my plant into another pot after I flushed her out in the old pot. Hopefully this will save my baby.

I need help to diagnose this problem quick so I don't loose my baby.

Ya hold off on the nute's for a while. When you start the nute's again make sure to start with only a 1/4 of the suggested amount. Then slowly work it up. Those plants still look awfully small. Give them a couple of weeks.

Yeah go very light on the nutes. I'd flush with fresh water a time or two then use weak nutes. Also make sure the nutes splash on the leaves. Seems like when I got sloppy and let me nutes splash around things got ultra fucked up.

Well I didn't have a way to gauge how much nutes I was using until today. So I guess I did. I'm using some MG continuous release soil. She is only maybe a 2 weeks since she came out of the soil.

I kinda figured it was to early to give em nutes but I was super happy that I got some from Cutting Edge Solutions. So I rushed into it.

I've flushed with plain o' aqua already. Plus my soil was super soggy so I got a new pot and put some new soil in and transplanted it into a bigger pot. So now I'm just gonna water it with plain water Weds. After that I'll use 1/4 strength nutes when she is ready. Until then NO nutes until she gets more mature.

I also have a way of getting exactly 1/4 strength nutes now. So the nutes will be on point the next time I use em. Thanks for the help guys.

You might want to do two straight waters before you give any nutes. So try again on the 3rd at 1/4 strength. The reason is the poor thing is dealing with nute burn and transplant shock at the same time. Let her take root for a while. Also on your next water try to go a little light on the water. That will insure the roots will grow a bit more because they will need to search for moisture. Other than that she really looks pretty good. I seen a lot worse..

Thank you samsquanch. I'll do a pure water feed on her today and Weds. I'll feed 1/4 strength on the third feeding which will be on Friday. Well when I first transplanted her she either barely got shocked or there was no shock at all from the transplant. The nute burn on the other hand is my main concern right now. I normally feed her with a cup of water but when I feed with the nutes I feed her 2 cups with full strength nutes.

I'll go back to 1 cup and no nutes till Friday or until the nute burn goes away.

That sounds good. I wouldn't worry to much. She will be just fine..

Thanks for the reassurance samsquanch. The new growth is not showing any nute burn so the pure water and the transplant didn't hurt her. She has been a champ thats for sure. Just one more pure water feed then Friday is time for 1/4 strength nute time.

Here are some pictures of my baby a day after her last pure H2O before nutes. Nute burn has not gotten to the new growth so all is good for now. She has grown quite a bit in a couple of days.

Tomorrow I'm doing 1/4 strength cutting edge solutions nutes. Hopefully after I add these she will boom in new growth.

My plant is starting to look like it's an Indica breed.
