Those gals look pretty far along.. sweet. It might be time.. at least within 2 weeks. Check out the Harvesting forum.. tons of discussion there. Generally, you want to use a magnification device to view your trichomes, the little stalked glands on the buds and leaves (that's what's giving that "frosted" look). What proportion of clear/cloudy/amber trichomes you select depends on what kind of buzz you prefer. Your babes look like they're at least 50% cloudy or better right now.

I think your leaves look fine for where you're at - it's normal for them to fade out in the end.
