I’m going to run 4 autos in a 4x4 tent but before I start them I already have a humidity problem. 75% humidity with a inline fan for exhaust and lights on. Anybody know a good dehumidifier that won’t break the bank. I thought I was finally done spending money and ready to start them but I don’t want to get t m going until I get the humidity under control. I know you get what you pay for but I’m on a BUDGET with this lol I really couldnt afford the last couple hundred I’ve invited in equipment. Thanks for any help!!!

Yes there is a need to
Take out humid air by exhaust.
Or
Make air warmer
Or
Dehumidifiers.
What humid is out of the box ?

There's no reason to break the bank on a dehumidifier for a 4x4 imo. Thats 112 cf if its a 7ft tall model. Buy something thats specs atleast twice that.

Just know.. If you are constantly intake/exhaust venting to control heat, any dehumidified air is often quickly exhausted and replaced with intake air.

The temp and rh if your intake is most important in most situations.

So how would you suggest lowering humidity if the dehumidified air would be exhausted

Common problem for growers. RH and/or Temp control.

My ambient intake air is often hot and dry. 100+ F.
15%rh. Unusable for intake air.

I'm forced to run sealed with AC. Dehuey inside 4x8x8. Also remember dehueys exhaust heat (dry air) affecting temps.

Good read.

Are you running your inline fan full blast? Unless you live in a boat house the humidity inside your tent shouldn't be that high without a humidifier. Last run I ran 8 autos in a 4x4 under 720 watts with a 8in inline fan tho. I run a 6in in my 3x3 personally I would only run a 4in in a closet or 2x2

If you get a small cheap dehumidifier just keep in mind you'll have to dump it numerous times a day. That was worth it for me to spend a couple hundred dollars just so I wouldnt have to constantly go in there. And I don't even use it anymore lol I had everything hooked up to a ink bird before I found out it really didn't matter until flower
