First grow indoor closet

this is my first time ever growing, I have two plants that are 40 days from germination and am trying to harvest by May 10th. This gives me about 8 more weeks till that point but should I transition to 12/12 now even though it is early in veg. If anyone has any questions that could help or answers I would appreciate it.

I would think you could start 12/12 now..

Ain't goin to happen, sry.
It quite likely will be 2 or 3 weeks from flip before your plants starts to bud, then another 8 - 10 weeks to finish.
I'm thinking sometime in June.

I agree but I begin counting weeks at the start of 12/12. Have not heard of waiting to start week count when the buds start to show. But even at that he shouldn't be ready till mid May to early June.

You could add nutes to speed up the start of blooom and to finish faster but that could effect the overall product and taste

You can also mess with the 12/12 and extend the dark time to 11/13 or 10/14 but this could effect yield and potency

a decent temp change 5th or so week in bloom has worked for me in past

Day 58 they are doing ok, do y’all think that photo has balls in it?

I cant really zoom in ill check back later on my phone

until then i would suggest give them a little support and tie them up or stake them

Does look a little suspicious that it's a boy... But too early to know for sure give it another week...
