First grow ever!! I have some questions (posiibly stupid)

Hey everybody!! glad to be in a place of like minded people I'm doing my first grow because I became friends with a woman who has periphial neropathy, which is extreamly painful, she had never smoked before but was open to the idea so i bought a bag and we tried it, immediate results. So I started a grow op I have a grow lab 80L with 2 400W MH/HPS lights with an 8" exhaust fan (I didnt have the money for an intake I'll get to that later) and I'm growing G13 labs pineapple express (also a free seed, strawberry blue) in fox farm organic soil, and puravida liquid plant food for after the soils nutrients are used up. Now for the questions first can i use a regular small but powerful house fan for the intake? Second its temperature is at 80.9F and humidity 28% are these right and how do i lower the temp when im exhausting the air in the same room? Also if anybody has grown this same strain could you tell me how high the plant will be and the yeild. here are some pics to give you an idea im only running one lamp unitl i can lower the temp. Sorry the GL pic is sideways thats a celing fan on the left. The cactus is no longer in there I put it in cause its my only house plant but rethought that because of the CO2.

You don't need an intake in most grow tents, just a fan to move air around the interior of the cabin, and the can fan to filter your air and then blow it across your light and out to exhaust.

I do not recommend exhausting into the same room. If you have to, the only way to lower your temps, since you will be constantly recycling air, is to add an air-conditioner. This is quite expensive. I would recommend positioning your tent in whatever manner allows you to blow the hot air from your lights either outside, or out to another room. If you can't do this, a temperature of 80.9 is not the end of the world. Just keep air flowing around your cabinet. It's also okay to crack your tent when the lights are on. A little light will leak out, but it will lower your temps.

As far as your strain grows, I have not grown pineapple express, but I can tell you that yield depends on a number of factors in addition to strain. Happy growing to you!

You will love the pineapple! One of my favs to grow. House fan is fine, but that plant stinks like Hell. You will be pleased with it. Any questions hit me up.

Thanks guys for your input, I have a phresh can filter that will be hooked up for the flowering but as for running air over the lights, do i still have to if I'm using simple reflectors and remote electronic ballast? Btw I lowered the temp by covering the heating grates with foil and between that and the light blocking curtains the temp is down too 75 ish

Who told ya that you dont need a intake with most tents,utter rubbish most tent fab is weaved in a way that the smell can not get out.You should always have a fresh air intake or else you are moveing the same stagnent air around.Always go with a few sizes down from your out take fan i use a 9 ince fan out let 6 ince inlet.Someone telling you you dont need a intake fan in a tent could have cost you ounces mate.Sorry to hear about you friends illness i hope smokeing this holy herb will help fight the pain,I exaust into the same room has my room is in and i did the same when i had a tent.Has long has there is a window that you can keep open in that room,if there is no window then try to vent into another room.Back in the day i would have said vent out side but this is not a option,now the police are flying over head 4 /5 times a day and all the uk police now havw flur guns.The one thing that i would add is swop the hid light for another hps and have two cool hoods in the tent this will tripple your weight.Iuse two 600 hps lights and get at least 8 0z but most of the time 10 oz dry,got 36 of my last 4 that i did.Only do a max of two plants per light.Also get some good nutes canna or advanced all though i use both.Here is a list of the nutes and at what stage;
