I harvested. Total dry weight: 41 grams. Smoke report: zip. I tried both plants different parts, bottom cola, top cola, nothing. There were no trichomes anywhere. Ended up finding a single seed buried in one of the buds, I guess i'll keep it as a memento.

I spent about $285 total which includes electricity and all my supplies. All the bulbs still work, i'm keeping them for use around the house. I definitely learned a lot though. I'm in a new living situation now and I have no privacy so I won't be growing anytime soon.

Here is a short list of my failures:

1. Using fluorescent lights to grow.
2. Too many plants, not enough light.
3. Ambient room temperature was too high.
4. Lack of reflectors for lights.
5. Wrong strains for growing conditions.
6. Not enough vertical grow space.
7. Not enough overall privacy.

There's nothing wrong with florescent lights. The only thing I agree from your list of failures is, not using reflectors. It's key to have reflectors for CFLs. A 13 watt bulb(with reflector) is = to a 26 watt without a reflector. Dont buy an HID light. Buy some reflectors from home depot, plants will stay smaller this way too. Make sure you mix spectrums, 2700k and 6700k.

You still did an awesome grow. good job.

btw mexican bagseeds dont do well under 12/12 i learned that it takes 8/16 or 10/14 is best for tropical bagseeds

It looks like it took awhile, and cost a lot, and didn't grow trics for some abnormal reason. But you learned how to grow mj and thats priceless so overall I say great job! See even though it was a hassle you know what to do right for your next grow, it may not seem it but this grow was worth it as you can't buy experience.

those nuggets looked so dank at like week 6 and 7 and ur saying there is no trich's anywhere? strange. it does look real leafy but i would have suspected some official bomb nuggets.
