First ever, single Bubba Kush SCROG experiment under LED

So I'm setting up my first growroom. While I'm gathering equipment I've had a single Bubba Kush growing from bagseed for a little over 5 weeks now, in a 3 or 5 gallon smartpot. I got the pot for free at an expo so I've forgotten how big it is.
I started pruning and training about a week ago, I FIM'd it (not very well I think), and last night I built a scrog frame for it. I wonder if galvanized chickenwire has any negative effects because I've only seen people use plastic netting or strings, but I doubt it'll cause a problem.
Nutrients are kind of a random mix of things I also got for free at an indoor gardening expo, but I did my best to make sure there wasn't too much overlap. I researched them all beforehand. Lately it's starting to look like I'm overfertilizing; a lot of young leaves are warping and the very tips of old leaves are starting to yellow. I've switched to pure water until it goes away.
Light is a 28 watt LED Glowpanel 45- http://shop.sunshine-systems.com/product.sc?productId=10- which they SAY replaces a 250w HPS. I seriously doubt that, but it's been working great so far. Before you hate on it, I got it for half price.
My cat semi-FIM'd it waaayyy too early because I left the door open like a dumbass, so it was kind of stunted for the third week. Seems to have recovered just fine.

any thoughts/suggestions?

forgot to add- i also have a T5 in there for supplemental/side/the clone i'm trying to start over there in the corner.

i decided i wanted to speed things up a bit, so i put my 150w HPS up with 20 minutes left before the lights go out.
i want the smaller branches to stretch up to the screen faster than they are.
i'll start flowering as soon as they reach the screen.

wow, it's much hotter than i expected from just 150w. i need to get a thermometer.
the air right around the plant is fine, i set up a 178 CFM fan blowing right over the canopy. my fingers get just slightly warm.
also, i just switched the lights from 18/6 to 17.5/6.5. hoping to complete the transition to flowering over the next few weeks. the red spectrum from the HPS and the slight shortening of daylength should make it go smooth. idk.
i'm not too concerned with the actual harvest from this, i don't even know if it's female yet, so i'm just gonna play with it. although, i think i may have been overzealous in my trimming and sapped some vigor. i've started using a weak concentration of nutes every other day (i was overfertilizing it earlier. the newest leaves are nice and unwarped.)

lights go off in a half hour. i threw the T5 up over there cause i noticed that sun leaf back there wasn't getting light.

thanks bigbud. and damn, i have to make the net bigger still? at least she hasn't grown too far into it yet.

my older sun leaves have been trained back (not very well) for a while now, and they're starting to look droopy and raggedy. should i be concerned? i also think there's a chance i'm overwatering.

growing tips seem to be doing fine

edit: i went back and looked some more, i am having definite droop problems all over, it's just hitting the biggest leaves first.
i'm about to do a bug check, although i have been spraying and theres a 178 CFM fan blowing right on her.
if i don't find bugs i'm gonna hold off on watering for a bit, see if that helps.

edit: no bugs.

did i read 28 watt led panel?
lol...that wont work very well...A 240 watt LED flowering spectrum apparently replaces a 400 watt HPS so I dont see how a 28 watt light could do anything.

i grew it for around 6 weeks under a 28w led panel and i have no complaints.

still droopy. stem is noticeably stiffer than yesterday though.
starting to notice very small yellow spots on the leaves closest to the light. made some small adjustments

your plant needs light
you might be overwatering it too, watch out some plants need alot less water than youd think
check the leaves for spots or color abnormalities
yellow on leaves could be a sign of nitrogen deficiency
HANG IN THERE BUBBA KUSH its a nice grow and leds the way to go
