If your plant outside is less than 4 weeks which I would assume it is during the current time in the year, I would simply take cuttlings from the females outside and place them in the aero, you will be surprised with the result. Personally I like to cut and let clones grow roots 7-14 days then move 2-inch pots directly from cloner to flower room.... However, I have simply cut clones and placed directly into the flower room just because it burns me up to see open spaces in my aero, I figure if its just going to be empty I might as well use it, but its best to spend about $50 tops maybe like 20-40 on a pump and couple of feet of pvc to build you a cloner, really comes in handy.... I have a 1.5 gallon res on a 25 site cloner.

Damn. Howd you get the roots untangled?

I pulled the plant out and the roots came with it like nothing, some roots may have broke off but it came out with no force. even if a few roots came loose Ill find and pull them before they get bad, you think i can have an effect on the plants roots.

hey guys I need your opinion, one of the plants has been showing hermie characteristics. it had one pistil then it grew staminate flowers, now it has more pistils and has clusters that resemble male flowers. here is some pics let me know what you think. If you look thoroughly you can idenitify the pistils and the clusters and staminate flowers.

Buddha,
I have 2 questions/comments. 1 - is this the same plant that was experiencing light leaks as this can definitely cause a plant to hermie (in which case the seeds would be 'theoretically feminized) but I only advise using those seeds if it is for sure the plant that was caused to hermie by enviornmental forces. The big difference is that if the plant has the genetics to hermie and you use seeds then you have a generation of seeds that have a hermie mom and hermie father as the plant is the mother and father. ON the other hand, if the plant was driven to hermie by enviormental forces then this is the same process to create feminize seeds, some stress the plant with gebric (sp) acid which causes the female plant to grow pollen balls and germinate herself..... 2.) With all that said, the only thing that I see in the picture are the small single little buds that generally appear at all bud intersections I wouldn't be to worried until you see some little bannas and/or complete little clusters...at that point you should refer to #1 above and kill hermies if 1) caused by genetics 2.) especially if it is located with the rest of the garden and could possibly germinate your entire harvest...Hurts just saying it but on my very first grow I accidentally made some pretty good "strains" plants all hermied from general stress...Only if I knew then what I know now!!!!

Alright so the plant was indeed a hermie, I thought about keeping it in a seperate place but since i have limited space i decided to chop "it" down. Since then I have been focusing on my only female, I have since cleaned the AG resevoir and added new water and nutes. She measures over 2 feet tall, stretching another 2-3 inches overnight, every morning i wake i have to raise the lights, I think i'm going to raise the lights at night about 2 inches so i don't get any burnt leaves, and if she doesn't get too close i'll lower them. Temps are currently 83.3F with humidity rocking in between 50-55% during the day in the enclosure. At night the temps are dipping to 77F and about 40% humidity. The only thing I noticed is that near the top of the plant the temps are about 89-92F is that too hot? My water temp remains at 78-80F and my roots are looking super healthy. My question is why am I seeing minimal advancement in flowering, I am seeing extreme stretching which is normal, how long do you think I have until I see bud growth, and how can I speed it up?

Alright so we are in week one of 12/12, I only vegged for about 1 week from sprout. The largest plant just happened to root out and sprout faster than all the other plants even though they were all germinated in a paper towel at the same time and one of those plants was a transplant. So I have height issues, along with the tall plant stretching even though I've keep the lights about 1.5" away until I can determine why I have yellowing/browning leaves on this one tall plant.

Basically it grows almost a full leaf and then leaf's tips and middle turn a yellow/brownish color mostly in between the "veins" of the leaf. Can this be due to nutriet burn? or even wind burn?

I am using the stock AG nutriets, and have only added 1.5 small tablets since I started the grow. I have been foliar feeding with purified water only to try and cleanse the plants.

I originally used filtered tap water but have been topping off with plain purified water to see if the tap water and nutrients is what is causing it. Could 1.5 tablets be not enough and actually causing some type of deficiency? I also broke off one of the leaves trying to move the lights and it got caught on the cord.

any input would be appreciated. The first picture is a picture of the yellowing leaf.

I Also forgot to mention that my temps are in the mid 80's during the day and to mid-high 70s at night, I do not have much info on humidity, I do think it is low humidity because I keep the doors open when the lights are on. I do not know the pH either, I will be getting a meter shortly to get proper readings
you got a deficiency man. its either magnesium, zinc, or iron. sounds closest to magnesium.

Alright its been awhile so here is an update on my girl. It's been 36 days since i started 12/12 when she was a seedling, it's been 22 days since she showed signs of sex, I'm going to say its week 3 of flowering since I believe the plant switched to flowering around then because I had the plant 12/12 before it was able to flower.

Temps are at a steady 79.5F and 50% humidity, drops down to about 73.3F at night and 60% humidity.
