FERO 336x3W and more, perpetual 12-12

I had no power last night, this morning I had to reset all the timers ... now I am starting to see why I should have invested in digital timers from the start ,...

Anyway, ... nothing I can do about it but I hope the rest of the run goes smoothly because they are starting to get their share of stress.


1 of the 2 Blue City Diesel is almost ready, ... a matters of days, the other one will probably be a few days later.




New York City Diesel, it's topped for 2 colas, you can see one of them in the upper left and the other in the lower right of this picture:


and most of the little buds in the middle of the picture are from her as well, she has nice colour and she is starting to smell. I am not even sure she was seeded by spacebomb because I dont see any seeds ,... I sure hope so because it's a very nice plant.

Awesome really great colors in the Blue City!!!!! I bet Spacebomb could do some cool things for that Diesel plant. How are you liking the smart pots? I think I really like them, I would like to try out a couple of different sizes'. My gardens tend to vary in size How do you control the pollen on your male plant? Do you dry then freeze your pollen? I've only made a couple of cross' with the Easy Rider. Growing them for my first time now.

well I gotta say I am FAR from knowing what I am doing when it comes to breeding. I got a little scared with my pollen, I still have the smallest amount in the freezer but I dont think I will use it. In fact I think I will get more seeds than I had hopped ... but I am not sure yet.

I dont think that I will grow any males for at least a year, First I have to try all those strains/phenos I will be getting from spacebomb. I know I have seeds in at least 4 strains. I picked up a seed from the Violator Kush last night, it was just about to fall! I am not sure those will be keepers though because the plant isnt super frosty.

I will soon show some pics of what Spacebomb looks like, I am so glad I kept her under good lighting (I was considering tossing her in the corner of the room just for the seeds...), but now it looks like the buds are going to be amazing. Very small nugs but very frosty, I can't wait to grow my own Spacebomb, I feel like I had good phenos to start with. The nice thing about this early pollination is that it seems to me like the buds are completely free of seeds, all the seeds are on the stems, I should easily get over 40 seeds.

Unfortunately, the one cross that I am not 100% sure that it worked is on the Diesel ... I can't really see any seeds anywhere but I dont want to touch the colas ... this plant is my baby. My new favorite haha. That NYCD is showing some amazing colours with LEDs. I will take pics with lights off so you guys can see what I am talking about.

Oh no I might have to try the NYC Diesel!! Spacebomb is my favorite right now. What breeder did you get your NYCD from? I'm getting very anxious for my package to arrive. Its been in the states for a couple of days hope it ships out soon! So many new genetics I'm going to be overwhelmed. I'm on a quest to make my own greatness I hope to piggy back on my friends order in the next couple of weeks so I might actually have to give that NYCD a try.

I got it from http://www.marijuana-seeds-canada.com , I bought 1 NYCD fem seed from Soma and it looks like it's a keeper. I like to think that I lucked out on the pheno. I wish I had taken a clone of her but oh well ... I might reveg her. AND!! I will have to look again but I believe I saw a very fat calyx on her last night ... which means that I WILL GET some Spacebomb X NYCD seeds!! Now that's going to be a killer cross. It will be like smoking/smelling fruit heaven X grapefruit!!!

By the way, I dont mind sending a few seeds that I will be getting from my cross with Spacebomb to any of you guys that I have known for a while, and that are in Canada... as long as you grow them out!

thanks for the ideas, I like Spaced!! I ll make an effort to take pictures of the NYCD tonight with natural lighting. I am vegging a few plants now (1 OhGod, 1 Sweet Cindy, 1 BlueSage and 1 Agent Chemo) So it will be a while before I flower any of my own strain (except the Agent Chemo) ,... but it will be right here in this perpetual journal.

As you can see, the NYCD (Soma) is showing all kinds of fall colours, it's TOO early for this to happen so I fed her some fish hydrosalate (sorry for spelling) a couple days ago and then again in a week or so hopefully that will keep her from fading too soon. She has a LONG time to go.

Can't wait to see the new pics!!! I usually use Attitude, all they have left is pick n' mix seeds, Soma's definitely not cheap. I almost ordered a pack of the Rock Bud in the order that's coming, thought it looked very unique and it claims to be resistant to spider mites; who wouldn't like that. I prefer the seeds in breeders packs but I went crazy with a few pick n' mix seeds, and all the promotions I liked and could afford. I really like how all of TGA's genetics are the same price. I like the way Rocket Fuel sounds for the name of your new genetics.

Healthy looking seeds EnduroxX! How are you enjoying the breeding game?

the breeding game was great! I will have a fair amount of seeds to share with friends. I dont plan on breeding with my own strains though, just finding the right phenos and keep them around for a while. I will have A LOT of seeds for my space so I will probably be very picky and only flower the best of the best.

Maybe someday I will get into it a little more ... well next time around I will definitely take my time to chose the right male. But I am sure my spacebomb male was great.

I gotta do some quick research here to see what is the best method to keep seeds for a long time, if anyone wants to help me with that, feel free

Hey! to keep my seeds, i put them in these little vials with some silicon inside each one to keep things nice and dry. then i put all the little vials in a mason jar with more silicon lying at the bottom. i think i read somewhere that mason jars are one of the best for long term seed storage. Hope this helps!

I ll sell one of my lights if I can get at least the minimum bid for it. ( 900$+free shipping, huge bargain if you ask me ... I lose a bunch of money ... the story of my life!! ) I got 4 of those (3 af-600 and 1 336x3) and with all the other smaller units I have, it turns out to be more power than I need for my personal consumption

It's only 2 months old, unfortunately I don't have the original box so Ill have to find something.

Also, if someone would be interested in making an offer for a package of smaller units instead, I would post another ad on ebay. I wouldnt mind selling -blackstar240(135watts, minor defect one dead diode?),advanced series 100W, FERO 4G (135watts), KESSIL H350(90watts)- but only as a package. I wouldnt sell my AF600 if I could sell all those lights together. maybe somewhere around 600$ + shipping (the Kessil is almost brand new)

I was just looking at the area 51 240 (450 watt). If you buy 2 they give you 24.5% off and that would be the same price as af600 for 2 240's (900 watts) . At what you are asking, not bad.

I dig my apollo but I don't like the rectangle shape. You need multiple ones just to do a 4x4. I do a 5x7 and not able to have more than 2 lights on my mover. yes I got a mover even though I was against them. I have it set to only move 8 inches in each direction.

Cool I ll keep that in mind but I probably won't need cash then hehe. If I dont sell it I think I will simply use them all but at 50-75% (got 4 switch on the af600 and 2 switch on the 336x3)

I am going to downscale anyway, Ill use the tent to dry my buds. When I get back to work, I wont have time to take care of it all as it is now, so no more tent, room 1 and room 2 with fewer plants and less power usage is going to be perfect.

Sounds like some good deals on the af600 or the package of smaller lights. If I wasn't in a similar boat id be all over them. Hope they go to a good home!

I am starting to hope that I get to keep the af600 hehe. I had some electrical issues in my house ... that along with a fairly high electric bill. Along with being Christmas broke ...

But I had an electrician coming to my house today and now I feel better. He fixed the problems I had in my house (bad breaker!!!) As soon as I have some more money, I will get some new electrical sockets installed and I will be running most of my lights in room 2. The tent will be used to dry my buds only. This will allow me to use less power (use less inline fans and also the lights won't be at 100% all the time)

So there you go guys, dont bid on it!!! haha

I need a few advice here tonight (btw sorry if you think that I am lazy and that I could easily search for the answers, but I just spent an hour taking pics and editing! and I know I can rely on a few of you guys it also help some other newbies)

What is going on with Grapegod? Cal-Mag def?? (I just got some from the hydrostore) and also is too late to use cal-mag on her? I think she has another 2 weeks to go.


I know the colors are pretty cool on the NYCD but it's way too early for fading and I am wondering what I should do, would cal-mag help in any way?

(For all of you LED geek out there, the Kessil has been off for a few days but you can see on the group shot how the NYCD was right in line with the Kessil and same with the medicine that I chopped earlier today, it turned purple not even halfway through budding and was ready 2 weeks faster... whatever it means to you, that's that, more led info for the community... more testing is needed though it might have nothing to do with the Kessil but maybe the far red or whatever other spectrum I have in the AF-600)

Spacebomb x Medicine (from the crazy purple midget quick to flower that I harvested this morning)


This plant was another midget that I harvested today (Chemo from Jordan of the Island), she was far from the light for most of the grow as well, and matured very fast. The pictured bud was the non-seeded bud, I got about 30 seeds from the seeded buds, Spacebomb x Chemo!! The reason for them plants being midget is because I transplanted too late into 12/12.

So the offspring should be quite frosty

Blue City Diesel, another plant that was quite far from the light and shows great frost


Haoma, huge disappointment, but I fucked up with them too so it's hard to tell whether it's the strain or me here... (quick to grow big buds but it's really lacking trichs) Maybe the spacebomb will help with the frost on this cross
