OK I did a search about Feminized
seeds. however I did not recover much info.

I plant on ordering some from attitude seed bank but only in the single packs. I planned on gettin like 3 0r 5 seeds feminized.

However I did not want to waste the money if they are known for hermy.. or even turning into males.

I know there is alot of variations however if it helps, I plan on using DWC and soil using fox farms ocean. As well running 8 X 54 w T5 6500k and 1 400 W HPS.

I am already on a budget and I want these seeds as I look at it as a investment.

I really wanted something that is potent, short flowering time, and forgivable for anymistakes ( so far my first dwc is turning out great without none https://www.rollitup.org/dwc-bubbleponics/248131-my-first-dwc-grow-w.html )

I have been looking at Greenhouse whitewidow, the church, ak47 w lowryder 2, ak48, swiss chesse from nirvana. THose are just a few to name. All input I can get be great thanks!

I've had good luck with fem seeds. I don't want to bother with growing male plants long enough to sex them, or getting 4 of 5 males. Attitude is great, I like what's coming from Barney's Farm from attitude. Great prices for fem seeds - espec Blue Cheese and LSD, IMO. Use voucher code 420 for a 10% discount on seeds at attitude!

i haven't used fem seeds, so no expert on them
i'd recommend a careful search on any given fem strain, some breeders seem to specialize in hermie fem seeds
some of dutch passion's seem to be in this category, some of nirvana's also fall in this category

USE FEM SEEDS if you dont want to waste time or money,

male seeds dont produce the smokable stull

reg seeds are just male and female seeds ( but you dont know which is which till you start flowering,)

if you use reg seeds, you will have to grow all of them then start flowering, once u start flowering youll have to keep an eye on them 24/7 to see if they have pistils (white hairs)

to ones with the white hairs are female an therefore- you keep them ( budd them till they finish, chop, dry, smoke :))

the ones with little tiny bana shaped sacs are males,

if these sacs open they WILL release pollen ( pollenate your female plants, and turn the budd into seed) and ruin your whole crop, plus youl have to throw them out anyways,

so if you wana pay for seeds,

buy femalised or female seeds,

and your 99% gaurenteed a female and you wont have to be as causious < ( typo)

I ALWAYS WORK WITH FEMALISED SEEDS AND HAVE DONE SO FROM DAY ONE

LEAVE ME +REP IF I HELPED, THANKS

K thanks...well I might have a male in what I have growing right now as it is freaking twice as big as my other plants....

I have another dwc container for a 3 plant system... I planned on perhaps getting 5 seeds.... all fem..

I currently have my autoflowering short ryder strain growing... SO I can have these purchased and start growing them under same lights and have two strains growing in soil and used as mothers.. of course taking clones from the other ones too. But and if I am explaining right, I can be able to grow 24/0 continous and those short ryder would still flower. So by the time those are done, I have some smoke to last untill these are done, which will bring me a better and more consistent grow. As I hope to keep clones and mothers in another veg room.

Anyways.... I was looking at those cheap 9 or 12 dollar seeds under pick and mix and those wont be a issue? I heard certain seed companies are bad with hermies and what not.

I cant answer that last bit, im in the uk, idk wot seeds your on about, i use a diff supplier, and i aint gotta clue how much your paying for them lol

just stick with femalised or female seeds

Fem seeds are good to start with, but they can have hermi tendancies. Even the stable strains have a higher chance than reg seeds of turning hermi, they will also shock hermi easier than reg seeds.

Personal preference here but if you just want a quick grow from seed's the fem is the way to go, but if you want a good stable mum to take loads of cutting off for years then its best to use reg seed.

I just dont want to take the chance and time with any males in my DWC system. SO I want to get females right off the back then I mess with males later....
