Why do the fast food chains have to teach proper hand-washing techniques? Is this not common knowledge among restaurant workers. Isn't is more likely disgruntled fast food workers, are wiping themselves with your lettuce, just for paybacks?

if was any kind of internet saavy i would jump on it. i would use the service all the time to because i travel for work and end up eating some sub-par fast food when out of town becaus i dont know any better.

The councils in the UK have already done it..its called Scores on the doors. They review all food establishments for cleanliness, menu choices etc etc and make the place put a large stcicker with their rating on the door. Its to try and clean up places or shut them down due to lack of trade.

thats a great idea. i just had another good one...have the scoring system synced up with garmin and tomtom so the rating some up when you search for local eatery's(how i find food on the road).
