Yea I thought it was a Trainwreck cross for a while cuz I didn't know about Mr Nice's SSH I had only seen the Greenhouse version and was like bro our SSH has to be more TW but then that new High Times came out the plants in that garden and the close ups of the buds look dead on and then did some research and found out it's called the Catpiss pheno and it's the shit man I can say that and it grows pretty fast so I want to stress it and get some pollen from her to cross it with Qerkle to make a clone only elite strain by finding a bad ass pheno in the bunch hopefully

yea that would be awesome if you where to do that man. pretty common knowledge that the querkel is a slow sucker, its always nice experiment and try to speed up a strain like that. if you find that badass pheno, are you thinking of back crossing to stabilize or what? i havent really read up much on the breeding but i know they usually do it to improve strain stability

oh and i saw some og kush pics looked alot like the mendo purp strain you got with the curled edged leaves and pretty alike bud formation. it was icmag's my organic coco recipe. anyway just wondering if you knew the parents of the mendo purp?

i'm kinda aiming for a similar setup, got 5 powerplants growing now am gonna clone one, and make a lotta small plants.

how long do you veg the little plants for? 12/12 from clone?

do you top, lst or just leave the clones?

Well Towlie, I take cuts that are 4" and when I put them in the jiffy pellets they are about 2.5" and I veg till they hit 4"-5" and then flower cuz that is the sweet spot for my Thunder Goo strain to finish under the lights with one big cola and no branching. All strains have a "sweet spot" it's just different so you have to find it. Best way to this is take 6-7 clones of the strains and flower them all at diffrerent heights from 2"-9" and you will find it and then write that down and do this to all your strains and you will be able to run multiple strains in a High Density Sea of Green with a even canopy...

I am new to this site and I get at least 25 to 32 grms from mine at around 57 days and my plants are under 26 in with 6 cfl lites per plant ; from seed to flowering in 16 days

how do you bonsai your mothers like that?

I know this is an old thread but i grow with CFL (autos only) and get good results.

I have just started my 6th grow.

Grow number 4 was 4 x DP StarRyder, using 2L pots and organic compost/nutes.

The CFL i use is a Plug and Grow, 250 watts (real power use 190-200), red spectrum, 19,500 lumens.

Cabinet is DIY 2x2x3 feet high, 4,750 lumens per square foot and 78 lumens per watt.

I got 4oz, 3oz of main buds plus 1 of small stuff :



The only problem i have is lack of potency.

From a single harvest, some buds will knock me for six and other won't have any effect at all.

The only strain i've grown that is consistently strong is AKR.

My growbox is low humidity, i made it from chipboard (which sucks moisture).

Anyone know much about CFL/Auto and potency ?
