Fan Leaves Issue - Hydro - RDWC **PICS** Experienced Help?

IMG_0349.jpgIMG_0350.jpgIMG_0351.jpg

I understand the pics aren't perfect but I'm not turning the HPS light off. :-o

Can someone tell me what these fan leaf issues are. these are issues on all of the plants and it is occuring in the middle of my 4 plant grow. I noticed so yellowing and deformity right where the CO2 from my exhale bag would be blowing down onto the plants. The rest of it is happening under the light. I think it might be heat stress, but I have no way to move the light up any more at this point so I might just have to suck it up and just hope for the best. I don't see any damage to the buds, but then again, I'm new and don't know what that would look like.

any help is good help.

PS: Girls are about to enter week 6 of flowering. Almost all trichs are still clear and growing.

Could be the natural process where the fan leaves shut down, and give up their nutrients.

My fan leaves look a whole lot worse than yours (my fault), but the buds keep on growing.

That being said, looks a bit like nute burn and maybe a cal def.

Trick for taking a pic with grow lights on. Use the flash, and reduce the exposure until you get a good pic. Took these pics under a mix of MH and HPS (notice the badly burnt leaves).

and how close is the light, and how powerful,,,,,depending on your lite position,,,is it hanging in horizontal positon and if so then try hanging it in the vertical positiion, also can try a heat sheild,,,more direct air movement,,are your fans blowing on top, bottom??? i would try anything you can do to redirect the heat from the plant...and also could be just the budding process,,,i mean you are 6 weeks in

Those leaves are fucked, but those buds look like you sprinkled sugar on them. That gives me some confidence.

Yea, I can see how it looks like nute burn, or maybe a nute lockout. I'm doing a nute flush tomorrow so if it's that, hopefully a little florakleen could clean up the problem, or at least slow it down until the end. Most of the sugar leaves are good, it's the fan leaves that look shakey.

Thanks for the tips for the pics.
AND PLEASE, change your avatar pic. It's disturbing brother.

Light is a 600 Watt. I would say the light is a foot away from the talest kolas and 18-24 inches away from the worst looking fan leaves.
The light is horizontal, and has fallen twice because of crappy tent manufacture. So right now it is as far as I can get it, and I have no way to move it until the end of the grow.

And yea, maybe it is just the budding process. There are still shoots coming off the main stems producing little buds almost overnight, with fresh new leaves. Meanwhile fan leaves are dropping off dried/brown/and dead at random mostly from the bottom. 2 leaves can be right next to one another and one will shrivel and die, and the one next to it will flourish, so I think that process is natural. It's the fan leaves closer to the top that worry me because they should be the last fan leaves to kick it.

Burn/lockout, that's where I fucked up. I need some real gear, like a RO sys, a real Ph/EC/PPM meter, tent, vent, etc.

Lolz - you're the second person to comment on my avatar. The dog chased a squirrel up a tower, and greatly enjoyed the ride in the Fire Fighter's rescue bucket. But OK, since 2 people have commented, I'll change it soon.

Got a big centrifugal fan pulling through a carbon filter, got a Vornado at the bottom pushing air in, and a oscillating grow fan in the corner pushing air down. Plenty of ventilation. Yea, I'm not gonna stress it unless it gets much worse. I think a lot of it is mother nature now that those buds are starting to swell up.
