A couple of points
A: This has not been added to the bill yet, there is still time to write you local lawmakers and let them know how you feel about this, try to keep it off the ballot entirely is #1.
B. The writers of Amendment 64 had enough sense to make in an Amendment to the state constitution, not just a bill. This will make it immensely harder for them to be able to accomplish something like this and would be opening the state up for countless lawsuits, increasing as deadlines are not met.
This is how our government feels about our rights and is going to trample all over them as much as we let them.

Denver Post has been all over this, a lot have spoken out "don't threaten us". Deadline is Wednesday for them to make a decision if i remember right..keeping my eye on it to, threatening the voters like this is serious on a lot of fronts really.

Vote Libertarian and maybe we can get the fed gubmint back to doing what the founding fathers intended - deliver the mail and defend the Country, the states can take care of the rest.

Well if the legislature gets there way ......you better get ready to vote in Colorado because they have a bill on the floor thats getting ready to repeal the legalization of Cannabis in Colorado.... If it passes...once again the VOTERS will make that decision.....maybe you will reconsider your position on voting by fall of 2013!!!!!!!! Because thats when it will come out!

From the link: A new law proposed by the European Commission would make it illegal to "grow, reproduce or trade" any vegetable seeds that have not been "tested, approved and accepted" by a new EU bureaucracy named the "EU Plant Variety Agency."

Sneaky way to let a few desk workers control the entire seed market. Hope the EU folks can keep this from happening. If you do not vote then we are in line to let this happen by allowing one party to get too much control. We need the balance of a 'loyal opposition' to hold back these people (fucking fuckers) from passing new laws. I vote, and even when the candidates I vote for lose, usually the case, at least it shows the fuckers that there are people who do not agree with them. And it makes me feel just a little better knowing that I did something.

United states of russia . Who the hell gonna buy this stuff for what they are gonna have to sell it for? $150 for a 1/4 of an oscar? Seems like they are screwing themselves out of a golden opporntunity. The people have voted! Our voice has been heard! Stop trying be the mom's and dad's of colorado and do your jobs to represent the vote of the people! Shoulda been a politician. Woulda of been a LEGAL crook!
