I was just wanting to know if i should take off more of the fan leaves under the screen or the ones above the screen that are in the way of the smaller branches coming up,or should i leave them on . I know that i will veg for at least another week or two before i flower. i want to fill the screen about 85 % before i switch to flowering .What are your opinions .Alot of the fan leaves are in the way of the smaller branches. I have 6 blackberry females in tray. Hows it look and any other advice or suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks

As a general rule when u use a screen, all foliage underneath comes off.
If u fill the screen up before u switch to flower then u r going to need another screen higher up to support the buds.
Otherwise it will just turn to mess. Personally i would pull 2 of those plants out, use the 4 in the screen, switch to flower now and use that big boost from 12/12 to fill out the screen. You can then veg the other 2 longer giving u lovely big plants that u can LST ready to go straight in2 the screen once the 4 are done and u will have a perpetual harvest

Ninja thanks for the advice you are the only one that has really tried to help me out since ive been on this forum and ive seen your handy work u definitely know your stuff .Because of limited room im going to have to leave all 6 in there . What are my best options :should i trim all leaves off below the screen (I thought leaves were needed to help with bud density acting almost like solar panel) and start to flower now . All the branches i have now i have goin to or up to the screen. And during flowering should i still weave branches through or let them just go up into the screen , like i said this is my first scrog and ive really tried looking everywhere to do it correctly. Correct, they do use light & store it 4 energy, but that is y u have a canopy. The leaf under the screen will recieve no light, and is therefore of little use 2u. Also having a good clear area under ur screen will allow you a n awesome working area, and better exchange forthe plants in terms of CO2 & Oxygen.
