don't know if curing makes it better but do seem to like the smell better as the cure progresses.

Discussion is important.....IF you can back up it up(visual is a good proof) and not claim as you're the absolute authority on the subject. The way you treat everybody that disagree with you is either they are Noobs or Idiots (that says a lot about you). You're condescending to new growers and I've seen first time growers that have better plants than you because you have ZERO to show.

For better or not here it goes. I cloned a plant from my first try at growing and tried different media to compare how they grew. I learned size mattered in pot size but even a 2 liter pop bottle can grow something smoke-able. Had problems so no monsters here. Got aphids. Tried to just control them with a dish soap and water spray as I was getting close to harvest. Still have them, given that I can chop today, what do I do about them? Dunk them in water and hope for the best? Do not like the idea of vaporizing bug parts.

Anyway I have a few like the following.







I am going to try get to 50% RH, the place is in the 20's right now.

If you are freshly chopping them, you can use Jorge Cervante's powdery mildew cure to remove a lot of residue/bugs from the bud.
Getting away from perpetual growing will stop a lot of disease/pets from thriving. If you keep feeding plants into an infested room they will continue to grow.

i harvested early the first couple times. really easy to fuck up dry/cure with premature harvest. pretty hard to fuck it up with good genetics/properly grown plants. i guess i leave em hanging about 10-14 days, 50% humidity 75F. then into jars. no burping. i let em get really dry and crispy before they go into the jars so the dry trim is hardly any work at all.

I screwed up a gorgeous Afghani Kush plant during the drying process. All the terpenes went away and it smelled of hay. It got you high as heck though. Now, I follow a specific process when I dry doing so very slowly by controlling temp/humidity. I haven't had issues since. I am only on my fifth run however. All my grows have been very smelly too. I was glad i went to a 6inch filter.

Never been to uk420, or perhaps I just don’t remember, hate the name so it seems like something I would skip. I came to this site after being off of boards for 6 years or so from following a google search on something. Seems decent to me, but I don’t emotionally invest anything into it. Letters on a screen.

i did see one from awhile back. 2 plants under a 400w hps from memory.
