Not too pleased with my first online shopping experience with http://www.dutchseedsbank.com/
After reading on their site that delivery was usually 5-10 days depending on where I ordered from... I placed an order.
After 12-days... I sent a message to them to let them know I hadn't received the seeds.
The responded telling me the seeds should be here soon.
Yesterday was day 19 of waiting for the seeds so... I contacted them again via email asking if they could track my order and I received this response today:
"We have to remind our clients we can not garantee the arrival in your country if your country does not accept our product, and the customs find it in the mail service,The only way we can garantee it if you make a track and trace order. So we can see were the order is."
I feel like I am a "victim of buried small-print."
After further research I found... if you want to be able to "Track your order" they want you to pay extra... I sure wish they would have made that more clear at checkout!
Looks like I learned a $108 bad lesson.
I give them a "Thumbs Down!"
Does anyone have a good suggestion for a seed bank that will actually track your order without jumping through hoops?
