Dust-like specks on plants: What are they?

My indoor plants are in veg and were tearing ass, then suddenly they got these saw dust-like specks on the leaves along with a clear but somewhat sticky film. I also see the specks on the tent walls in places too. Powdery mildew comes up on must searches, but I doubt whether its that (it actually happened soon after I was able to lower the humidity). Mites are a possibility also, but I dont think its that cause the particles white and they can be moved. I put one plant outside and it has recovered, but the five I have kept indoors still have this issue despite having sprayed them with Humboldt's Secret flower shield.

Does anyone know what these things are and how I should go about dealing with them?

Thanks for all the feedback. I was wondering if they might be aphids, but either way it sounds like some kind of bugs or mites. I havent seen any move, but I guess sometimes you cant see these things moving. What would you all do as far as trying to eliminate them? Would neem oil help?

Most likely aphids. You don't need to go crazy spraying them with commercial products. A good rinsing will wash them and their feces off. They are nothing like mites or thrips and easily eliminated.

maybe Ill spray them with neem and put them outside for a few days. Putting the one outside seemed to solve the problem completely (for whatever reason, maybe rain, IDK). Ill definitely scrub the tent good too.
