Drug testing

I don't know where to post this, so feel free to move if its in the wrong area.

I gotta test for a job on monday, bought a test at lunch (didn't dillute whatsoever, just did it honestly) I put a picture

I got barely visable lines on 50/100/200 all look the same, and 20 looks like a fail (white line). If I drink alot of water will that be enough to hide it on monday?

oh yeah, also haven't toked in about 2.5 weeks, good metabolish. but before that had about 2Os high mids over a month (daily), mostly vaping with the odd bowl and joint.

Update:

Had a big thing of water, piss was light green (doesn't look dilluted) and collected mid-stream, last test I was a bit dehydrated and collected the start of the pee. tests are a few hours apart

I've been told that the panel at-home tests are over-sensitive. If you fail one at your potential employer, I think in some states they're supposed to give you the option to have a lab test done. This happened to me not long ago. Failed panel test at my employer's office (he hired me and then said "pee in this cup for me.") Fifteen minutes later, he said I failed the drug test, testing positive for THC/Cannabanoids. He asked me if I smoked weed, and I replied that I'd recently spent a week in Colorado. He asked if I thought I could pass the lab test and I agreed to try it. Went to lab that afternoon, two days later he called me and hired me. He was one of these guys who claimed "I don't care what you do on your off time, but I dont' want any cokeheads or methheads....they're trouble." He also didn't like drinkers working for him.

Anyway, I was 15 days without toking when I passed that lab test. A friend of mine also claims he can clean out in about two weeks' time.
