that sounds backwards

if anything, theyd go easier on you when youre a minor
but once you turn 18, the judicial system views you as an adult
therefore sentencing you to harsher punishments

Dropped, no. but it should not be too difficult for you to get them esponged. You have to petition the the court and convince them. The easiest way to do this is with a lawyer. Don't forget that money, not truth, is the only thing to which our modern american court responds. Good Luck.

very true..dont forget about rehab
they make you go so that they can get those stats up about marijuana and rehab

I have a question about them.

Is it true in some states that when you are 18 the charges drop?
You are not legally held accountable for certain crimes that you committed whilst being under 18 and your rap sheet is filed away from the public and ordinary police access and is in essence destroyed unless someone really high up decides otherwise.

So yes it is true but their are limitations and it doesn't work for murder and other serious nature offences.
You wont have to declare it when you try to get a job if that's what you mean:joint:
