Thanx to the Huff Post for the headline and link to this article:
http://www.denverpost.com/news/marijuana/ci_20521964/marijuana-dui-bill-back-before-co-senate
So if I smoke a joint in Utah and drive through Colorado a day later and say get stopped for a tail-light being out, does Sarge now have the right strap me to a table and suck my blood cause he don't like my zip-code and "suspects" I could be high? Since I'm a chronic smoker he'd probably be found to be right under this law regardless whether I was high at that moment or not. And one of my favorite parts of the article is, of course, about our beloved Federates;
"The White House has urged all states to set a blood-level drugged driving standard, though the federal government hasn't specified what the amount should be."
which I read as;
"Don't worry about the truth or the reality of the situation, once you states fuck up/destroy a few thousand lives/families, we'll figure out some random number for you."
And anyone know what the legal drugged-driving level for Angel Dust in D.C. is? Gonna have to know that next time I'm driving all zooted out in das Kapital!!
