Looking good man, I'm a little behind you. They are pretty stretchy when you flip them huh? My Bubba OG is looking real good too, it doesn't look like it is going to yeild like the Headband but I'm excited for both. This pic is the Doc's Headband at 10days flower(not including the first week of 12/12).

Hi Gruber, been following you on another site (3mg), but it wont let me post over there. Not sure whats going on I have been "validating" for over a month.

Anyway, great work man. I am a few weeks behind you and was curious if you pinched or pruned these girls? It doesn't look like you did from the pics, but the side branches are crazy long!
No pinching or pruning on these ones....maybe next time.

You probably already know this but I figured i should share it anyway. Doc's flower times are always based on the first day of 12/12.

Hey Dr. Gruber, are your plants smelling yet? I am running two of them, and looks like maybe a few days ahead. Both of them are producing trichomes but neither of them really smell, besides the usual chlorophyll smell. The plan is to take these 9 weeks, I'm on week 5 of flower.

I did not know that, but I am constantly checking with the scope so I don't even know the quoted finish time. I like them a little more amber then most.

I did have a hermie though, It stretched like mad when I flipped and it literally took over my tent, then all of a sudden started throwing balls, I'm pretty sure I got it in time, none of the sacs seamed open and I coudn't visually see any pollen.

I will say though, my other two Headband are approx 20 days old and they stink. Disel and lemons if I rub the stems. I did some LST and every branch just shot up.

No real smell on mine yet without touching or rubbing them.

Doc told me directly that his times are all based on the first day of 12/12. Of course everyone has a personal preference as to when they should harvest, so I look at it as a an early and late "window" (55-70 days).
When getting the lab tests its very clear that the cannabinoid numbers are higher at the earlier windows, or, when you have about 1 in 40 amber trichs. I've seen a 3% swing in just 7 days.

I do need to rub the stem a bit, but when I do they stink. i think I have an OG pheno and a disel pheno out of the 3 I planted.

Looking good Doc! I have two different phenos. One leans heavy to the ECSD side(first pic) and has an awesome disel smell to it, however the other pheno leans more towards the OG, with a lighter color, more compact 'golf ballish' buds, and a REALLY pungent sour smell-I think the latter isn't going to yeild as much but be a better smoke. In pic two you can see the slightly shorter OG/sour pheno right in the middle on the left hand side. Can't wait to see how these taste : )Headband1.jpgHB.jpg
