Don't know what to do with this superfreak (pics included)

SITUATION:
2 of my White Widows have outgrown the others. One (SuperFreak) started out with 3 cotyledons and has been doing his own asymetrical thing since then.
They are going to be motherplants (hopefully).

PROBLEM:
They are only 3 weeks into veg and are alread bushy and tall as hell (for my own taste/space).
-Any advice on what I should do to keep them short because I still have to wait for 1 more month before I can sex and clone them.
-I wanted to top them now and use the tops to clone and sex them but I guess it's too early right?
-In your experience, what kind of haircut would be appropriate?

Thanks for your help, RIU is a life saver!

I would take clones for sex & (or) future harvests. Even though the sex won't be determined until a future date anyway, you can at least start a perpetual harvest now to get future harvest out of your possible future girls.

My .02 :D

I hope that your plant will grow properly, But anyway I like your photos.
Can you post some more?. thanks

Cannabis is a dioecious plant (i.e. an individual cannabis plant is either male or female). Whilst both produce good quality fibre it is the females that are the best producers of the cannabinoids, the psychoactive compounds present in the plant, the most significant of which is delta-l-tetrahydrocannabinol, most commonly referred to in its abbreviated form, THC. Of the three cannabis species, C. sativa has a number of strains sought out by smokers, such as Acapulco Gold and Durban Poison. C. indica is said to be the most potent psychoactive species whilst C. ruderalis comes in a poor third.

So you're telling me to clone now even though the nodes aren't alternating? Or just to wait a month, sex the mothers, make clones and ditch the motherplants?

Alright! Long live trillapods. They sure do get bushy! It was slower to start but now she's just trying to dominate my entire grow room.

Thanks for the advice. I'll top them and pray for females.

Hey,
I still haven't topped my plant as I need to make a clone and don't know how far down I should cut it. I made a video to ease your life, could I get some expert advice please?

The 3 cotyledons is a sign its a polyploid plant/branch, they bud up insanely densely.
This guy got it right. Looks like a polyploid to me. The flat ribbon like stem is a pretty clear sign - i'de put money on the main cola (if you flower it) to produce a nice fat smiley face bud. Instead of a pointy bud it'll grow out to the sides.

Here's a pic of a polyploid top starting to grow out.
