Harvesting now would be pointless and they would taste like ass. If you have to harvest now I would throw them into the trim bag to eventually make hash or butter with. If you really have your heart set on harvesting it is simple. Cut the plant, trim the excess leaves off, dry, cure and smoke. Those will take no time at all to dry though, and like I said before will taste like ass. Looks like you need to do a little research on growing still, no problems we all started out as newbs. Next time you grow use better soil, nutrients, and more light. I'd cut the plant down now and trim the leavers and hang your bud upside down in a cool dark room with low humidity. In about 4-5 days it should be dry. If the stem snaps it's ready. I'm not going to go into curing because quite frankly your not going to have enough Bud to bother with. And why is she over 4 months old, with Indicas I veg for 4 weeks then flower for 9 to 10. Works every time. Good luck and may you future harvests be bountiful.

it could be because of the light (too weak, too far away) and/or ventilation (fan) irrigation/ drainage . The phenotype also, sativa dominant could take up to 18 weeks to flower, maybe water it, wait a week then cut and dry the flowers. there was a curing guide from www.hightimes.com that was good, just search for curing on their website. next time I reccomend to train the plant, you can even tie the top branch to a lower stem, but pull it down so it can grow more in the zone of light you are using. if you are disappointed with it, try to find a lamp/ bulb you can add in your budget or try a different growing medium

Don't listen to those who try to push negative energy through to you. It's not a great job, OP, but I'm sure you know that. Consider this a learning experience and give her everything next time around. It definitely won't take more than 2.5-3 days to dry that. Get yourself some better lighting and stuff and go back into it with more knowledge and better equipment. The most important thing is that you learned something, and you had fun doing it, no matter what it cost you to produce that tiny bit of smoke.
