Donald is gonna put himself in jail until trial and this will especially apply when he is indicted federally over the secret Docs and obstruction. I hope he doesn't end up in jail too early, he has the GOP to destroy before he is done. He led them off a cliff and filled the party with bigots and white trash fascists. The democrats will be constitutionally obligated to finish them off politically, and by killing foxnews and rightwing media in general, no more skewed political landscape, a level playing field if they win in 24.

You can lower the level of idiocy in America from nearly a majority down to around 30% with the right media environment, the 1st amendment does not apply to broadcast, and cable, so it cannot be abused in silencing dangerous elements.

In two cases, prosecutors & judges try to reign in Trump's threatening, fraudulent & dangerous posts

Update on The Trump Trials: in New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg's case against Donald Trump, prosecutors have filed a motion asking the judge to put a protective order in place, prohibiting Trump from endangering witnesses by improperly posting their names and other information, giving his followers the opportunity to threaten the witnesses. As the AP reported, "Trump might use trial docs to scorch witnesses, DA says." As Assistant NY District Attorney Catherine McCaw wrote, Trump "has a longstanding and perhaps singular history of attacking witnesses, investigators, prosecutors, trial jurors, grand jurors, judges, and others involved in legal proceedings against him."

In a second case - the E. Jean Carroll case, presently in trial - the judge not only ordered that the jurors would remain anonymous, but he also instructed the jurors not to disclose their true names to one another!

This video argues that causing everyone else in the justice system and the justice process to adjust to the lawlessness and dangerousness of Donald Trump is not only unwise, but it damages and does a disservice to our systems and institutions. Rather than make everyone else adjust - including having jurors lie to one another about their names and identities, courts should put restrictions on the wrongdoer - Donald Trump - by issuing gag orders.

I have been hopeful but mostly doubtful that the orange magat will suffer any consequences for his actions. With this motion and trial, georgia, J6, the rape case, and the stealing of classified documents........I think he's finally cornered like a the rat he is. Not saying anything is going to happen tomorrow, but I finally feel that something is going to happen to him for sure......he will pay some price. Georgia has announced something will happen this summer....the case in Manhattan in Dec.......the rape case now......and Jack has 20 more months or more to make a case. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

A similar number of U.S. adults view both Hunter Biden and Donald Trump as having committed a criminal act which more people think they should be imprisoned for than not, according to exclusive polling conducted on behalf of Newsweek.

The power of foxnews and right-wing propaganda. We all know about Trump's near countless crimes, I can name several off the top of my head that would put him away for life. What are Hunter's crimes again? None, they are considering two misdemeanor charges and Hunter is asking them to shit or get off the pot and is suing the people involved in smearing him, including the guy who broke into his computer, but has yet to be prosecuted.

Perception is reality, they also believed Hillary committed some crime, she must have there has been so much news! She even eats babies and runs and international pedophilia ring! All this shit appeared in right wing media and was made up by them, she had a decades long character assassination operation mounted against her. So did the evil genius George Soros, who is next to the Devil himself!

It is a good argument for eliminating foxnews and any replacements that spring up as soon as the democrats gain power. They won't lose a single vote over shutting them down, all the outrage will be among republicans, none of whom would vote democratic anyway.

Who but an idiot or ignoramus can compare Hunter's trouble with Trump's crimes?

Trump at Risk of Being JAILED for BRAZEN Behavior Surrounding Rape Trial

E Jean Carroll’s Judge Lewis Kaplan has taken Trump to task for his inflammatory and defamatory Truth Social post about the trial that has just begun. He even goes as far to threaten to hold Trump in contempt, which includes the potential of putting him in jail for a short time to avoid allowing him to influence the jury.

lawyers don't get to hold people in contempt, it would make reality rupture and cause a black hole of hypocrisy.

But only one is running for president. How dumb are they?

Do you think that poll literally means that? That the same people who view Trump as having committed a crime view Hunter the same way?

Trump doubles down on GOP debates: ‘What’s the purpose of doing it?
Former President Trump on Wednesday doubled down on his earlier comments that he could skip Republican White House primary debates, suggesting that he’s far ahead enough in recent polling that he doesn’t need to engage.

“When you’re way up, you don’t do debates. If you’re even or down you do debates, but when you’re way up, what’s the purpose of doing the debate?” Trump said on the “Cats & Cosby Show” with hosts John Catsimatidis and Rita Cosby.

Trump said he’s “leading by 40 points” and stressed that “people don’t debate when they have these massive leads.” He’s threatened to skip debates several times throughout his 2016 and 2020 bids for the Oval Office.

The GOP has announced plans for two primary debates so far — the first set for later this year in Milwaukee and the second to be held at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in California at an unset date.

“They say, ‘Why would we debate?’ I would have a hostile group of anchors — a hostile network — asking questions. Why would I do that?” Trump said.

Trump also repeated earlier concerns about the second planned GOP debate — noting that the chairman of the Reagan library’s board of trustees is Fred Ryan, publisher of The Washington Post, a paper Trump called “the enemy of the people.”

The former president had taken to his Truth Social account on Tuesday to question why a candidate would “subject yourself to being libeled and abused” when “you’re leading by seemingly insurmountable numbers.”

Recent polling has shown Trump at the front of a hypothetical GOP presidential primary. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), who hasn’t announced an official bid, has cropped up as a top possible contender, though some recent results show Trump with a double-digit lead.

At the same time, other polling results indicate that many Americans don’t want Trump, who kicked off his 2024 campaign last year, to run to retake the White House.

But Trump on the “Cats & Cosby Show” said “DeSanctus is coming way down,” using one of his choice nicknames for the Florida governor.

“I don’t know whether or not he’s gonna run because he’s lost all of his support. He’s campaigned very poorly, and he’s lost so much support that I don’t know if he’s gonna run,” Trump said of DeSantis, though he added “if he does, that’s fine.”

DeSantis earlier this week dodged a question about 2024 presidential election polling, saying, “I’m not a candidate, so we’ll see if and when that changes.” He indicated earlier this year that he would make a decision on a possible presidential run after Florida’s legislative session ends in May.

Trump earlier this month tried to discourage DeSantis from running.

“I believe that if he decides to run for President, which will only hurt and somewhat divide the Republican Party, he will lose the cherished and massive MAGA vote, and never be able to successfully run for office again,” he said on Truth Social.
