As usual, he's being cheap and by doing so is going to end up with less than if he had paid people for the work they did for him. Trump was handed 90% of TMTG in exchange for letting Litinsky and Moss build a social media platform for him. It was their money, blood, sweat and tears that got the platform launched. As with other of Trump's victims, they believed they were doing good for the nation by building this platform. Trump had nothing invested and ignored the whole thing until it came live. He badgered and hectored them, demanding they give away the small fraction they owned to his sons and Melania for nothing. They refused and as the major shareholder, he fired them, hiring Nunes(?) or some other ignorant political hack to run the company and the rest -- the botched roll out, the crappy service, the delays in upgrades are all history.and the hits keep on coming, looks like that merger isn't gonna happen any time soon, ol Don the Grifter is trying to cheat someone else it seems....

Everybody who Trump is close to are either morally or fiscally bankrupted. From the sheetrock contractors when he built his casinos to Chris Christy to Melania (well, maybe not her), to these guys. They were all humiliated and shoved out the door.
I hope they manage to get what's theirs AND THEN the company collapses. I also hope they manage to gum up whatever deal he has working with the Russian Mafia to bail him out of his legal financial difficulties.
The thing is with that orange rat (my apologies to rats everywhere), he always manages to sneak by whatever valid challenge is presented so that he can continue with his grifting. So, we'll see if Litinsky and Moss prevail. E. Jean Carroll did, so maybe the floodgates are open now for them to get theirs from that skinflint.
