It's not terrible but needs light I think. Don't give nutes until the cotyledons wither but it looks like you're doing on so far. The light should be as close as possible without it feeling excessively warm, like you could rest your inner arm at that height for hours. The fan helps us walk the line so I keep my plants about 3 inches away so they can safely grow to around 2 inches. (check your own fixture against your inner arm tho)

You could transplant her but it gets risky for a beginner as most of the soil will fall right away right now. I turn it upside down with the plant between middle/ring finger for every size, obvious gap not touching stem. Try a lot of youtubing on that topic.

edit: I meant to say only transplant if it is falling over otherwise just move the light closer.

This is 15 days from the day of sewing under t5 ho. 24 hours for seed to crack open, 3-4 days to pop up out of the ground, then 11 days under the light. Get that light close and maybe add a bit more. I consider this about day 1 of veg, once it has a nicefull set of true leaves.
Taken Sep 8.

This is 7 days later taken on sep 15. About 4 days under a 315w cmh. Once under a stronger light they will take off quickly.

Id wait at least until they are the size I showed in the first picture above before you blast them with a 600w light. It sounds like maybe you just need a stonger fluorescent or move it much closer. I keep my t5 at about 5-6" from the top of the plants at all times.

True, different strains grow at different rates, but if you have good solid genetics... What I posted above is pretty typical of my experiences with the strains Ive ran.
