How does it look like I'm doing .. And how long before you think it will start to bud I set it to 12 12 four days ago.

Looks fine. Sex shows in anywhere from 1-3 weeks, usually by the end of 2nd week.

Paint the walls with flat white paint. You'll maximize your light distribution with the CFLs that way.

Either that, or mylar.

Looks good and healthy though

Just curious, why would you want to artificially flavor your buds? I thought most people enjoyed the different flavors associated with the different strains.
