Do you 12/12 from seed or 18/6 +rep for vote and post

Easy all, I've had my babies under 24hours of CFL for 4 days since they sprouted.
I'm thinking another 2-3weeks in 24hrs of CFL then switch to 18/6 but my problem is when should I switch from CFL to my HPS? Help would be really appreciated :)

you can use your hps right from the start. As soon as they break the soil mine are straight under a 600w hps. Just have to keep an eye on them for the first couple of days.

i have done 12/12 lately just bcuz i had alot of bagseed , some grew to a nice size wich suprised me ... if u really want a good yield just go with the 18/6 1st

Ah, I was told to use CFL then switch to HPS, is this wrong? Which method would give the greatest yield in your opinion?

I like to take lots of clones and give them 12/12 immediately, easily get half an ounce no problem on each one, and I do 20 at a time. I like it :)

when it comes to vegging, do you think every little bit help? if you're going to veg for 1-2 weeks 18/6, would you be better off just starting in 12/12? does such a short veg period affect yield much at all?

also, how long would you have to wait for the plants to show sex starting from 12/12?

Man you should read a bit lol
the more you veg, the more you get
24/0 and 18/6 are BEST for veg.

Males for me show while in veg alot of the time after 5-8 weeks.

You can take a clone from them and sex them rather than sexing the whole plant.
