Do they look healthy and should I remove some leafs and if so big fan leafs ?

No need to remove leaves on a plant outdoors.

no , no need as mick stated, you only prune leaves when you grow indoors usualy, its to allow the light to get to the lower heads.
when useing the big orange / yellow light outside, the light can penatrate through the leaves and reach the lower hidden heads

LED light is highly directional vs sunlight which is highly diffused as it moves through the atmosphere and due to it bouncing off of objects.

Some issue with topping—there's no need to do that because the surfaces of the plant will get an even amount of light.
