Cold has zip to do with purple
Well it's in the genetics of the plant, from what I've gathered. But some commentors on this thread have alluded that the cold
can help to bring out the colour. Again, I'm no expert, but I bought the seeds because not only the picture of the product depicted it as being 'purple,' but it's also in the item description.
That's my goal right now, to best replicate what the item in the picture looks like. It's kind of like a bar that was set, I need to reach that bar, it's my goal right now. I'll do whatever it takes to get there. If you can take pictures of a sexy purple plant that you grew, I should think that those are pictures worth keeping for a very, VERY long time.
Everybody looks at that little sugar cube or carrot at the end of the journey as being the end goal, which is fine. But I think a lot of people seldom ever appreciate the journey
TO that little sugar cube or carrot. I'm trying to enjoy the walk right now, for whatever it's worth. But I don't wanna set out for some magical kingdom like Narnia, only to discover the Arkansas trailer park in the town's ghetto...
