i topped my plant, pulled/tied down the 2 massive top at a 90* angle with fishing string, and the buds pointed up within hours, no pics but the shit is pink too

that top picture is a prime example of the extent of the high yielding technologies developed by closet growers in the 70s. that was the cool way to grow weed when my father in law was my age, we just talked about it too.

I have a 400watt HPS and am just growing under that atm. Has anyone grown only with HPS? I am going to get a MH bulb, my digital ballast takes both types of lights, but I was just wondering if anyone has grown succesfully with HPS only. Thanks
