Do I need venting for a 2x2 tent with a 250 watt ballast

You're looking at the numbers wrong. Actual wattage and umol/w are what you use to calculate your needs. Just enter the data in the calculator.
Hey so using the 2500 how far do you keep the LED from the top of the canopy in flower? Also don't plants tend to grow shorter using LED's vs HPS? So these BloomPlus LED's won't make my tent or basement any warmer at all??

Download a par meter app on your phone and use that to dial in your light distance. A small tent in with an led shouldn't effect your room temperature in any significant way. You can find answers to your questions with a little bit of reading. That site on the link I posted has pretty much everything you need to know if you just do the reading.

What should the par be max on a mature plant say on day 5 of flower?

Hey I got the BP 2500W which actually uses about 250 watts and is equivilant to about 400-500 hps watts... I know there is a bunch of factors, but in flower about how far should I keep the LED from the top of my plants??

ALso I got the inline fan you told me to that you hook to you're tent. I'm finding it hard to hang form the ceiling somewhere bc the inline fan has no holes or a way to hang it.. My question is I just have it sitting on the floor, should it be higher up where the hot air is or does in not make a difference if its high or low on the ground? Thanks

I clipped my fan to the cieling bars with light hangers and stuck it in the hole. The bp2500s a lot of light for such a small space but I think if you dim it a little you should be good heights probably 14"-18" maybe a bit higher for flower par should be close to 1000 but not over and not less than 500. To low and you'll get airy buds, to high and you burn em.

Your exhaust should be going out towards the top of the tent.

Basement is usually 74-75 degrees. I want to try a new strain in a 2x2 tent under a 250 watt ballast. WITHOUT venting and buying the carbon filter and inline fan will the 2x2 tent get too hot in hydro/DWC??? I don't care about smell. I just plan to put a small fan inside the tent and the air will have no where to go.
it will raise temps, fans raise the temp. All power draw makes heat. An inline is best way, will help with rh too if closed tent. They exchange the air very quickly.

Thanks I bought a wattage meter so I can turn down the LED a little.. Yeah 14"-18" is prob about right. I will be able to tell if light is at the right distance based on how the plant looks... LED keeps the plant shorter compared to hps right?
