Basement is usually 74-75 degrees. I want to try a new strain in a 2x2 tent under a 250 watt ballast. WITHOUT venting and buying the carbon filter and inline fan will the 2x2 tent get too hot in hydro/DWC??? I don't care about smell. I just plan to put a small fan inside the tent and the air will have no where to go.

It does need venting. Besides controlling temps, it helps control humidity and cycle new CO2 into the tent.

Couple of issues I see.
First.without using any extraction to 'replenish' the air volume in the tent it will consume all of the available CO2 in the tent and the plants will begin to suffocate(they need CO2 to 'breathe'.
Second is the fact you're adding 250 watts of heat into the tent-if you don't have some way to remove that heat it HAS to increase the temp

I have 5 other tents and I don't cycle air into the tent. I really just remove the air out of the tent and have no issues.

Not sure how I would hook it up to the ducting and stick in the tent. Its got to be hooked to something.
How do you keep in sturdy in the ducting tent hole?? Can I get a pic??

Why is it so cheap bc it only pulls 190cfm?? Can these be put through the top of bottom of the tent??

Ok yeah I can rig it up... I've been growing only 2 strains for 2+ years now and one is the best weed ever, but its a very bad yielder. I took clones of a chocolopes and have no wear to put them... SO im trying to get cheap equipment bc I prob won't use it again. Also only going with a 250 watt ballast in a 2x2 tent bc I am out of space and electrical watts. I have (2) dedicated 20 amps in my basement. So I have 40 amps for weed.
Would I need the inline $35 fan you posted then with the BP1000 Samsung LED?
