Do I need to transplant?

This little lady is sucking up water fast, like every 1.5 days she needs it. Should I transplant? and is it safe to transplant in to a different soil? Right now I'm using miracle grow moisture control but want to go organic and nute myself I think. Could I do that to my biggest plant too? She's already in a big pot, I'm just considering nuting myself and don't want to kill it since it's in miracle grow. The pic from the side is the one I want to know if I should transplant, the overhead is my main lady.
