Sorry guys I usually try to do research but time is short.

Made a snap decision to get something with cbd going and decided
To throw a couple autos outdoors.

Do you think they will finish if I get the seeds here in a week?

I have roughly 4 months of good growing weather left

Also if you have a favorite 1 to 1 cbd strain what is it?

Autos? Definatley in 4 months. 65-85 days is a good range for most autos.
 
I'll just give my 2 cents too. I never have grown outdoors, but have recently seen people struggling planting autos outside. If it were me id start them indoors for 2 weeks and than move them. Autos veg 2-4 weeks usually and have a seedling stage week anyway so plenty time to recover. Not to mention here in the auto section is a thread by Mcstrats where he shows transplanting autos with success.

Cool, I can start inside in pete pellets then right into a 1 gallon grow bag then put it right in the ground bag and all so there should be no transplanting issue. Hopefully.

Yup they’ll do great! I’ve never had an auto go more than 100 days, typically 90.
 
The only issues I’ve had with them is I have had a few strains get PM and a couple with bud rot but all in all they do well outside. The big issue is quality of product with most being shit :(.
 
Just my personal opinion, but I don't think that Autos are the best choice for a outdoor grow, because the light cycle isn't the best.
If you have 4 months, that should be enough time to put a regular vegged plant outdoors for a decent grow.
Next time I would buy female seeds, start them 3 or 4 weeks indoors, and then transplant.

I already have a big outdoor garden going and my indoor space is limited this was a complete after thought for a little cbd.

I see what you are saying about the light cycle though and agree that I would do better with a standard grow
 
Auto’s outdoors for me are a way to get an early harvest around the middle of August. I’m still searching for a good one though. I didn’t get any in the ground this year as I buy really good pineapple kush for $2.50 a gram if by the 1/4 lb ;). Not that important anymore for me to sweat my old ball sac lol

I've been interested in autos for a while
So i figure I might as well start the experimenting now. Lol

If I get anything ill be fine with the price of a couple seeds. Lol

I hear ya and I honestly think outdoors is the perfect place for them. Indoors I grow strictly fems and regs, mostly now clone stock for outdoors ;).

My thoughts are it would be a better use of power to grow regs and switch at 14 days to 12 hours for a SOG grow. With auto’s, and I’m no expert, but pretty sure 18 works best so that’s 6 hours extra for the same amount of time, I could be way wrong though. I would be more willing to grow them indoors but the quality has not been there. The one plant that did pack some punch was one out of 7 think different and it was done in 65 days but small, about an ounce of bud :). If you do it I’ll be watching the progress

I'm still planting photo seeds. You have plenty of time.
