Do I defoliate for 2nd time ?

Hello guys
Sorry I ask too much :P I got my girls growing leaves on top of budsites I keep pushing them away to expose buds to light but now I see they get a bit bushy can you guys take a look please and tell me do I defoliate or just cut leaves on top of buds or wait till certain week for defoliate ?

I remove any big leaf that's blocking a bud site. I do it slowly though all through the grow. But I never touch the top few leaves either. I try to tuck if I can, but if it's gonna block a future bud, I pluck it of with my fingertips. Keep asking questions. That's how we all learn. Looking great though so far. Keep it up.

You should remove all leaves and buds that are below the canopy. So, if you look down from the top, anything you don't see you should remove. They won't produce close to anything, they reduce air flow, and most importantly they increase your trimming time substantially.

I strip one of them just now tomorrow the other one I kept all top leaves but I couldn’t take of buds down under I afraid a bit :P
