Thanks will do. going on 9 days now, no reply from HLG... Lol. Growmau himself can reply same day and I know that man is busy af.

Like I know HLG are busy and had a conference but do they not even leave 1 person at the office to deal with actual customers? Seems like they really need to hire help. They certainly are making enough to afford it.

Somebody is definitely working on their website in the last day or so. They have split listings on the qb120 and qb132 boards from v1. Marked the 288v2s out of stock.

Warranty@ got back to me just now. They're making it right. Thx for the tip boys. I hate bitching about stuff but also hate putting projects on hold! HLG back in my good graces. By the way the new qb324 v2 are a really good value. Loving the ones I just got.
