That should work well. I get sporadic lower back pain from time to time and rub fresh habanero pepper on the area, which can be painful, but it eventually settles down to a nice warming effect that helps make the pain more manageable. I'll have to try making a balm with some herb and habs and see how that works.
i think so too.

need to make more of this. need to get on it soon. will try to document what i do again.

When I used to have excess trim, I'd experiment with a variety of different topics and ingredients. It's been a while now.

You guys should also try some "alternative" or "home-remedy" ingredients, you might be surprised. Things like Menthol (found in Peppermint, used in Rub A535), or other things you may not have thought about like SAFFRON. ;)

I feel topical are high under-rated. I gave some to a friend who was slouched over, sitting in silence at my local dispensary. Within 10 minutes he was up and happily chatting again!... asking me if I had put anything "Hot" into the topical....(I honestly didn't recall putting anything specifically for heat, but he said it had "heating" properties.)

I'm not a huge fan of using any real spices in my topical, as I don't want to touch peppers then touch my face or eyes or something silly lol.

My one and only attempt at a everclear extraction of some trim didn't yield much but I did melt a jar of Carmex lip balm and added a healthy dose to it. Seems to work a little better. It's olive drab in color lol

I made this recipe but put in a tea spoon of lavender. Gave it to 6 different friends with different pains and everyone of them has come back begging for more. Mine is definitely green but I used a lot of trim and grind in mine. The smell of cannabis last about 20 min then disappears about the time the relief kicks in. Will be making this for a long time to come.

Hello Brothers and Sisters!

Been 4 months since I updated here.
Still getting rave reviews with my simple recipe using cannabis, coconut oil, beeswax and lemon.
Interesting how it works in different ways for different pains.

For me I have great results on my back and neck muscle pain applying it every 2 days.
A knot that was in my back has gone away.
If I let it go for 3 or 4 days the pain begins to return and I have it applied before letting it go any further.

For a patient with serious knee pain it begins to work after about 10 minutes and offers relief for about an hour helping the person decrease their pill consumption.
Another person with serious shoulder pain has a similar experience to the person with knee pain.

Only one person who I think had pain in the tendon of their elbow did not find relief with the cream, everyone else has been very happy.

Hope you are all having positive results!
Happy Growing!
