thats what id like to know. im have a heat problem with my grow box. its not as big as that one
did you raise your lights as the plants grow.

I bet this set up would work with a 250w hps or <. doesn't get ANY hotter than 6 42w CFL's, if anything it would be cooler.
And unfortunately just because the plants are growing in rubbermaid bins, doesn't mean the laws of growing weed change,

Do you have any blockage of the air flow? Like a pot sitting right in front or some screen or filtering set-up that is keeping it from getting in the box and/or any other reason the air can't get out of the box? Maybe decrease the number of lights... I know that the 42w and 65w lights produce ridiculous amounts of heat, even for cfls. Hope it helps

Alright First things first. THE CREATOR OF THIS IS A FUCKING LEGEND AND I LOVE YOU. I will be making one of these and just wanted some verification on what im going to do. ( Coz its always nice for someone to say yeh thats good). SO i will only be growing 2-3 plants. So i will be using 2/3 of these.

And i will be using one 125w Envirlite. But i am going to drill a hole at the top. SO the ballast isint inside and the heat will be reduced this way. ( However it will hang vertically but oh well. THe whole of the inside will be covered with blanket and i will have intake on the bottom yes? and outtake on the top near my bulb. FOr the start i will raise the pots then lower them as they grow. Another thing peace to u for being such a fucking g.
